Urgent: Calls and texts aren't working...

I have a quick question regarding my Noe H6 phone. I’ve noticed that I can't make any calls or send or receive text messages at all, even though everything else on the device seems to be working perfectly fine. I did notice a little notification in the corner of the screen saying "Invalid IMEI"—could that be the culprit? Does anyone know the easiest way to fix this? I actually just picked the phone up today from the Best Buy store, and I promise it isn't stolen, heavens forbid! I just bought it fresh off the shelf. What do you mean by an invalid IMEI? Just go into your device settings and see if the IMEI actually matches what's printed on the box...

The system is reporting it as unknown within those settings, though I really wouldn't go as far as blaming the SIM card itself, since whenever I power the thing up, it still asks me for my PIN just like it's supposed to...

Honestly, I’d just take it back to wherever you picked it up, or maybe try swapping it out at Hangar 18.
