Can we please just strip Drew Ross2 of her volunteer mod status? She has absolutely zero clue what she’s doing. It’s honestly infuriating how she aggressively hands out bans and nukes posts for basically nothing. It’s becoming a pattern—just constant, selective nonsense—which is exactly why I’m speaking up here.

If you dare point out that a thread is being trolled—which it totally is—you get slapped with a strike. Meanwhile, I’ve never had an issue before because I actually know how to act and follow the rules, but this terrible, irritating moderator hits me with a penalty the second I show up. Even though I barely post, she just dumps her personal frustrations on everyone, handing out punishments without any logic or purpose other than to drive people away.

Long story short, since I'm wasting my time even typing this: if anyone is actually reading this, get rid of her. Her aggressive, overbearing, almost cult-like "moderation" is pushing away all the regular users who have been here forever just trying to read and chat...

Also, if there's some rule about responding to appeals, I’m asking her not to reply to me. We don't have anything to discuss, and I have no interest in debating her.

Bottom line: she’s a nightmare moderator. Probably one of the most brainless attempts at moderation—if you can even call it that—I’ve ever seen on this site. Zero tact, zero class, and zero common sense.

The fact that I even have to lower myself to posting in the appeals section is
already bad enough.

I’m with you on this—that moderator is a complete disaster for L'Oréal.
Look, I had a run-in with her during a debate once. She had the nerve to confidently claim that THIS distance was under 4 inches, when it’s clearly over 6 inches, which is actually a decent size.
If we ran a survey of the guys on this forum, I bet nobody would have a measurement that small unless they were born with some kind of hand deformity. Maybe if someone slips up and says 7 inches, it’s fine. No need to mock people. But in any case, it’s nowhere near 4 inches, let alone under it. Even if she didn't mean anything by it, I don't think someone who can't estimate basic measurements should be in charge. It just ends up baiting everyone.

You’ve pulled exactly two reds and one yellow from me over the last three months—so I don't think it's fair to claim you get flagged the second you show up.
Unless, of course, you've popped up on the L'Oréal boards three times in the last ninety days. If that's the case, maybe take a moment to actually read the subforum rules so you can avoid getting flagged in the future.
Those three marks you received were justified—and strictly according to the rules.

It’s happening constantly now without any real reason, becoming this weird pattern of selective enforcement, which is exactly why I'm speaking up.

If you dare suggest a thread is being trolled—which it totally is—you get flagged. So here I am, someone who's never had an issue before because I actually understand basic internet etiquette and the rules of this board, yet I'm getting hit with warnings the second I show up. Even though I rarely jump into threads, she just swoops in to vent her own personal frustrations, handing out penalties without cause or purpose, other than just driving people away.

Anyway, I'll wrap this up since I'm wasting my breath here. If anyone is actually reading this, please just remove her. Her pointless, aggressive, overbearing, and frankly borderline fanatical approach to "moderation" is pushing away the regular users who have been here forever, just trying to read and comment in peace...

Also, if there's some rule or protocol requiring her to reply to me regarding my formal complaint, I'd ask her not to. There isn't really anything for us to discuss or debate here anyway.

Bottom line: she's a terrible moderator. This is probably some of the most mindless moderation (if you can even call it that) I’ve ever experienced on this forum. Zero tact, zero manners, and zero sense of what they're doing.

The fact that I even have to lower myself to posting in the appeals section is
pretty bad enough on its own.

You received a perfectly valid explanation regarding the warnings.

The language you're using here is, to put it mildly, unacceptable.

I'd suggest you rethink your attitude moving forward.

Perception is projection.
