Losing access to my PDF tax documents?

Could the moderators responsible for revoking my access to the LJES forum please send over a notification with an explanation, if possible?

- Following the warning issued on the US forums—regarding the rule that you can't switch your gender identity after years of posting as male (to avoid confusing other users who complain about it), and the requirement to open a new profile for the sake of LJES/US—I brought this up to you again in a private message, yet you continue to post as a woman.

As a result, your access to US and LJES is suspended for a minimum of 6 months. After that period, you may request a partial ban removal.

Since when do moderators lose access to private messages? If I recall correctly, you banned me recently along with a 100-point penalty. I’m not looking for anything special here. I just want an official explanation regarding my partial ban from these two sub-forums.
I have no interest in starting drama. I've already reached out to the people in charge. After contacting a Google moderator, I ended up creating two female profiles that just vanished, along with my email addresses. Honestly, this kind of irresponsible behavior toward me needs to stop. Besides, editing your profile isn't against the forum rules. Those two profiles just disappeared into the technological ether. If someone is playing games, they've gone way too far. Again, I'm not asking for favors; I just want an official notice about my partial ban. I believe I have a right to know where I stand.

Given how the forum is running and the technical glitches that keep popping up, I don't think any further involvement is really necessary.

Which specific forum rule actually prohibits changing your gender multiple times?

Just a quick note on the technical side of things—moderators don't actually send out card notifications manually. The system is set up to trigger an automatic message whenever a card is issued.

If a user has their private messages turned off, they'll still receive these automated card alerts, but moderators won't be able to reach them directly...

One quick thing to point out, though: reaching a specific moderator directly is pretty much impossible since their inbox is constantly slammed, and my attempts to get a hold of them haven't really gone anywhere.
As far as my issue goes, I'm fine with closing this thread.

First, my apologies if I am misgendering you, but at this point, I truly cannot tell if you are male or female. 😁 So, I will just stick to the masculine pronouns you have used for years.

1) You reached out to me regarding one profile for which you didn't receive a registration email. From what I can gather, you
a) provided an incorrect new nickname—the nickname you gave me doesn't even exist.
b) provided the wrong email address associated with that non-existent nickname.

Which means you don't actually know your own new nickname, nor do you know the email address you used that day when you presumably tried to create it.

2) That single nickname I am aware of is still sitting in the system waiting for your confirmation. You'll be able to handle that once you recall which email address you actually used.
I managed to figure out the correct nickname myself after spending about fifteen minutes testing various combinations of the fake nicknames you provided.

3) I assume it should be obvious that nobody can close an email account created by someone else unless they have the password for that specific account. As for the first address, we already know what happened: you forgot what it was.
My assumption is that the exact same thing happened with the second email and nickname.

4) Moderators can only access their own private messages. Administrators can too, as can the owner of the forum. No one besides yourself can see your private messages.

Thanks to Google for clearing that up. It’s entirely possible I messed something up on my end. My main goal was just trying to follow the moderator's request to tidy up my profile.
Even though I tried explaining my side, it seems my good intentions were overlooked. I went back and checked the rules later, and apparently, editing your profile however you want isn't actually against the terms.
Anyway, I appreciate you being so helpful and willing to walk a user through this.

There's no point in me trying to make excuses for how I acted.
I tried to justify myself, but it didn't work.
The sad part of this whole thing is that I'm certainly not the first person to misrepresent themselves on this forum.
While others have slipped through the cracks and continue to get away with the same thing, my attempt at being honest was met with some pretty harsh consequences.
I'd love to be involved, but if it's not possible, that's fine too. There's plenty of room on this forum for everyone.
