I'm looking for some advice—what’s the best entry-level multimeter to pick up? I plan on troubleshooting PCs, laptops, smartphones, and various other handheld devices. Thanks.

Honestly, even a basic multimeter should get the job done—and by basic, I mean just one of those cheap ones you find at a local Home Depot.

Something like this from Trader Joe's, or maybe anywhere else... around $30
