Issues with my Dell laptop

Hey everyone..
Bought a new Dell laptop about two months ago and now we've got a problem.
It won't even power on, and there's zero sign of life from the indicator light when I plug in the charger.
Worked perfectly fine until now...

Have any of you tried popping the battery out—assuming it’s even possible on your model—to see if the thing will actually boot up using just the power adapter? Also, does anyone remember what they were doing right before it crapped out on them?

I haven't pulled the battery out yet ��, my husband says it’s not an option... Just some online shopping from a verified site and checking emails.

Well, since it's a brand-new laptop, you might as well just take it into service—it's still under warranty, after all...
