Best PC build under $1,300?

I was originally planning on just picking up a pre-built system from Best Buy, but I have a feeling I can get way more bang for my buck if I build it myself here in the States. Any reputable retailer with shipping is fine by me. I’m hoping you guys won't have much trouble sourcing parts and putting this together. My total budget for the tower is $1,300. The rig will mostly be used for titles like Civilization, Football Manager, and PES, and probably some GTA for the kids when they're playing their games.

I guess the EVGA 550W might be okay, but I’m leaning toward the Super Flower. Maybe.

I think I might need to pick up a second one. Maybe? G.Skill Aegis 8GB DDR4 3000MHz CL16
