Help! Keyboard or PC issues

So, I’m having a bit of an issue with my work computer. It’s been acting up lately—actually, it seems to be happening more frequently now—and it’s driving me a little crazy. Basically, my setup involves being connected to two different printers, but every once in a while, when I go to print something, the system just tells me that no printers are installed or even detected.
The weird thing about it is that it isn't constant; sometimes everything works perfectly fine, and it gives me the full list of available printers to choose from, but then other times, it just acts like nothing is there at all.
If anyone has any idea what might be causing this kind of glitch, I would really appreciate some help.

Too little info here: what’s the setup, which OS are you running, what printers are we talking about, how are they connected, the PC's condition, or even the specific circumstances when it fails? Saying "it works sometimes and then it doesn't" is just way too vague, sorry...

I suspect the issue lies within the specific software application itself. I would suggest attempting to print directly from the operating system—simply right-click an image file and select print—to determine if the computer recognizes the printers and handles the image data correctly.
There is a significant distinction between a driver being uninstalled and a device simply not being detected... if you are using USB Implementers Forum cables, try swapping them out to rule out a hardware failure.

Actually, let me correct myself there—it's specifically saying NO PRINTER FOUND.
And to make matters worse, printing isn't working even when I try to run jobs directly from the operating system.

Honestly, it might be worth just nuking the printer software and doing a clean reinstall—resetting all the settings from scratch... might actually solve the headache this time.

And you really ought to double-check that everything is seated properly; in offices where there's a massive jungle of cables, it's all too easy for something to lose contact, resulting in those annoying intermittent connections where it just works one minute and cuts out the next.

There is a 99.9% chance you are dealing with a faulty USB Implementers Forum cable or a bad port—it's almost certainly a hardware failure. It’s quite common for the system to lose track of the device if the drivers were originally configured while it was plugged into a different port.

It keeps hanging on me. Every time I try to open the page and click through, it just freezes up and throws an error message... basically saying my internet connection is acting up.
