Honestly, I didn't expect this when I saw the trailer, but this movie is hilarious.

I'm laughing so hard I just had to let everyone know—if you love action comedies, check this out.

Reynolds brings a bit of that Deadpool energy to the role. It feels like the first solid action comedy since The Other Guys or 21 Jump Street. Definitely that vibe.

And Jackson is absolutely fantastic here, even if he can be a bit much sometimes.

But for me, Hayek is the absolute best!

Super fun movie. Highly recommended if you want a good action comedy. It'll be great to see this in theaters.

I don't usually find myself watching movies that I can't say a single positive thing about, but this one definitely falls into that category... honestly, what an absolute disaster. Just total garbage. 🙏🙏

I don't know, man. I just watched this clip and I’m sitting here thinking... what even was that? It feels like one of those fever dreams you have after eating too much greasy takeout in a cheap motel. Maybe it's just me being cynical, but I can't quite wrap my head around the logic here. It’s a bit much, I guess. Just feels a little off, if you know what I mean. Not sure if it's supposed to be art or just a mess, but either way, it left me feeling kind of empty. Just my two cents, though. I could be totally wrong.

It’s a decent enough watch, I guess. It does the job, but honestly? It really needs to be shaved down by at least thirty minutes. Too much filler.

It’s a solid flick. Pretty engaging, actually. You can definitely get a good laugh out of it if you're looking for one.

Honestly, the biggest selling point here is just the two leads. Throw in some solid action scenes and let them riff off each other with that banter, and you've got a winner right there.😁

So, I dragged my man out last night to catch this one. Honestly? We had a blast. There were definitely those moments where we were just cracking up, laughing our heads off. I can't say I was annoyed or disappointed or anything because, let’s be real, I wasn't expecting anything more than some lighthearted fun. The plot is pretty much what you'd expect from a flick like this—nothing groundbreaking—but the action was solid, the jokes landed, and the cast was great. All in all, if you're just looking to switch your brain off and enjoy yourself, I'd definitely recommend it.

It’s got all the right beats. The chases are solid—that jet ski sequence through New York City was a highlight—the chemistry between the leads works, and the humor lands. It even manages to be layered with some actual substance. Most importantly, the plot actually makes sense from start to finish; they tied up every loose end and gave everyone a clear motive.
Sadly, that kind of cohesion is exactly what most "serious" movies are missing these days.

I honestly thought it would take a while before this hit the web, but it popped up so fast I ended up watching it immediately... In my opinion, it's easily the best action comedy we've seen in years 👍

Salma Hayek is absolutely incredible. She’s 51 years old and looks phenomenal, but that one "Tarantino-esque" moment she delivers in the film is truly powerful...
One shouldn't go into this movie with any sort of expectations. It’s entertaining at certain points, and honestly, it actually works...

Salma Hayek is just the best. I lost count of how many times I rewound her monologue about the lawyer "harassing" her. I was laughing every single time.

For me, she was easily the weakest link in the movie. Her performance felt incredibly forced, and she just wasn't funny—honestly, she was just plain bad.

It’s clearly meant to be a caricature. That's why it's supposed to be funny. It's exaggerated on purpose. Especially that prison scene.

I suppose this movie works quite well if you approach it with the right mindset. You really have to view it as nothing more than a lighthearted action comedy meant for mindless snacking; taking it seriously would be a mistake, as it simply isn't built for that level of scrutiny. It might actually be more enjoyable if you treated it strictly as a parody, and I find myself wondering if they should have leaned even harder into that direction, which likely would have made it much funnier given how little weight the plot carries anyway. All things considered, it’s decent enough—the cast is great, the premise is a bit silly though functional, and while the humor is hit-or-miss, there were certainly moments that gave me a genuine laugh. It’s perfectly fine for just unwinding and killing some time.

That’s about all I heard from S. L. J in this whole movie. The guy couldn't finish a single sentence without throwing one of those in there.

The dialogue was just painfully dull.

It’s just constant bickering that drags on for minutes at a time, which is honestly just mindless🙂🙂 and apparently supposed to be funny.
I get more laughs out of watching old ladies argue over produce at a farmer's market than anything here. Even during the "intense" scenes, they’re just standing behind a car debating things like they have nothing better to do—which, since the entire plot revolves around them sniping at each other, really drives home how boring it is, even when things are meant to be high-stakes.🙂🙂

Also, none of it actually mattered. Not once did I laugh. I feel like I just wasted my life sitting through this.

The script was pretty middle-of-the-road and the acting felt off... Reynolds and Jackson didn't really have any chemistry as a duo. Jackson seemed to be trying way too hard to be funny, which ended up being more annoying than anything else... Reynolds was just doing his usual thing, and he’s not really my cup of tea. Oldman felt like he was just there to chase an award, and Salma Hayek was totally lost—I honestly couldn't tell what her character or her performance was supposed to be... Was it funny? Not really...

The humor feels forced. Sure, you might get a chuckle here and there, but when you fire off a hundred jokes in one movie, a few are bound to land... There were also two or three scenes that felt like they belonged in a parody (like the one where Jackson and Hayek meet)... The soundtrack choice was poor... The action was alright, I guess...
