Can't install anything

Every single time I try to install some new software, I get hit with this stupid error message:

"Windows can't find 'C:\Users\LackyLoo\AppData\Local\ T.mp\hS2CED\Setup.exe',
Please check the name and try again."

The thing is, I actually went looking for that folder path and it’s right there! It exists! But it doesn't matter—this keeps happening with every single program I try to run. I'm running Windows 10, my firewall is Norton, and I've got McAfee running too. I even tried a system restore, but honestly? Total waste of time. The error just pops up again because my programs and folders stay completely messed up regardless of which restore point I pick.

Grab Malwarebytes and run a scan with it. I've only seen issues like this when dealing with actual viruses or people who go messing around in the registry or Windows system folders...

"setup,exe" is probably gonna be a lost cause... maybe .exe might actually turn up.

It’s possible someone messed around with your account settings and broke something. You should check the Control Panel to see if the account you're using actually has admin privileges. I used to run into similar issues back on the computers in my high school
