Joshua Garcia8 said:So you're complaining because I didn't ask them to stop posting this junk?
If I actually put out a request, everyone loses their minds about me making requests. If I don't, you complain that I didn't. 😵 🤷

Oh come on, Joshua Garcia8, you're being hilarious... Honestly, that response is basically toddler logic. No offense, but that's just how it is. He basically proved that trying to have a real debate with you is a total dead end.

P.S. And look, if I'm being real here, I'm all for following the rules, but they should actually apply to everyone, not just hand-picked people. 😉

Yeah, clearly. That's why you showed up just to stir the pot with these posts:

George Barnes25 said:For tonight: Morita, Larsson, and Parmentier Quote ☕

George Barnes25 said:The post was sarcastic 😉 and aimed at someone else

Make up your mind—are you going to commit or just keep stalling? 😉

Actually, this says way more about your character than any of your other posts combined:

George Barnes25 said:Hey, maybe I'll swing by sometime soon for some serious tennis betting, just for the group—though I’ve been staying away lately because of how the mods have been handling things. 😉

What's even the point of making posts like that? 🤷

Don't bother replying. Honestly, I don't care what you say, and I'm done arguing with you anyway.

Sarah Stewart3 said:I'm just saying my first experience with that PDF wasn't exactly great. Sure, I messed up technically, but I didn't realize those specific things were forbidden even after reading the rules—except for that first post about soccer betting. Unfortunately, my posts just got nuked. The moderation was pretty intense, but I'm just here to share how it went. It's no big deal; I'm not going to lose my shirt over two infractions.

I just finally realized what those tiny red letters under the posting rules in that PDF actually mean.
Breaking these group rules will result in... Wiping it away. Your post went up without any warning. Maybe just cardboard.

I honestly can't figure out what the deciding factor was between an eventual ban and a final one in both instances. Especially since those two posts were my very first ones on this subforum—I've never actually broken any rules here before. 😕

But look, if you actually check the very first post of the thread—the one where they gave you that warning—it says right here:
Joshua Garcia8 said:Unlike the usual daily threads around here, you can't just drop a raw list of picks without any context, like this:

Here's an example
Bayern-Schalke 04 1 1,45
Stuttgart-Freiburg 1 1,75
Newcastle-Wolverhampton 1 1,60
@4,06

Quote:
Boston Celtics 1 1,15
man.city - porto Pik 1 1,45
what do you guys think? any thoughts?
Posts like that are going to get flagged and deleted.

Since you clearly didn't bother reading that post, I guess you had no clue about the rule.

It’s honestly hilarious how I always seem to get slapped with a ban the second I even glance in the direction of your little clique, but I’ve gotta know—did all the other trolls actually get warned, or are they just some untouchable sacred cows who can mess around day in and day after day without consequences? I’m seriously asking for some proof that the agitators who literally have nothing better to do than stir the pot every single day are being handled properly🤷. It feels like certain mods are just running a total reign of terror and acting completely biased against anyone who dares to step up and challenge their buddies

I’m not entirely sure what we’re looking at here—I’ll need to dig into the details first—but the first thing I can tell you is that you aren't actually banned 🤷

Maybe try getting a handle on the terminology before throwing accusations around 😉

I was just sitting here doing a little reading, and honestly, I’d say the warning was more than justified—mostly because you kept dragging the whole discussion down into personal attacks. You definitely earned a ban for taking swipes at the moderators, but hey, let's just call it a pass this once.

Look, it isn't "personal" when someone starts spitting on the way I bet, acting like their way is the only right one just because some guru told them singles are the only path to success, right?🤷.Just leave me alone if I'm minding my own business, okay? If people need advice, I'm always down to help, and if I need something, I'll ask—it's not like it's my first time around here! But I seriously can't stand it when some random guy who barely even posts tries to lecture me, especially when he can't even pick a single winner, yet he's sitting there telling *me* how to play when I'm hitting 4 or 5 parlays in a row!🤷.

Look, people were just laying out the facts here—it wasn't a personal hit job on you. They were just trying to point out that your betting strategy is going to bleed you dry in the long run compared to just sticking to singles.

If you aren't interested in some well-meaning advice—which, hey, no judgment there—then don't get defensive. Just scroll past.

All I care about right now is getting my money back from what I already put in, and since things are looking this way, if this place hits a snag, I'll easily find somewhere better to go, but I really don't need some gambling addict lecturing me on how to play🤷.

Kakav Klan, more conspiracy theories again?

Cut the lies. You're throwing out a massive amount of accusations here—do us all a favor and actually back them up with some proof.

You're always posting stuff like...
stormyseal9 said:Total horror night. I split 14 picks into three different slips, cashed out $10 on one, and still walked away with nothing. Two other tickets got killed by just a single game each. Honestly, I’m clearly not the sharpest tool in the shed. Or maybe I'm just cursed—it feels like there's always that one random leg that ruins everything for me. Always. 🙂

And then you guys just hit me with that. Just my two cents. Why does this stuff always happen to you?
So, where does this conversation go from here?
So you're just gonna start picking fights with anyone who doesn't see things your way. Great plan.

Then comes your usual commentary, like:
Why on earth would anyone listen to advice on how to bet?
If that's how you want to roll, fine by me.
Everyone’s an expert now.
Just don't go telling anyone how to place their bets.
It’s like everyone is out to get you. Just feels that way sometimes.
And that's that.

And why is everyone talking trash about how you bet? Because you're the one who asked for it.
stormyseal9 said:Honestly, I’m not exactly a genius. Am I just cursed or something? It feels like every single time, one pair always manages to screw me over—and in the most ridiculous way possible. 🙂

On the topic. Betting methods and my own experiences. It’s about your betting style. The discussion was going totally fine until you started jumping in with those posts, calling everyone "know-it-alls" or "generals" and just being insulting. You basically nuked the whole thread by making it personal. Honestly, getting away with just a troll warning is too light—you definitely earned a ban for the insults, too.
You saw the posts get nuked, yet instead of realizing this kind of debate isn't allowed here, you just kept going with the exact same attitude.

The forum is meant for discussion, but you turned this whole thing into a personal vendetta (and not just this one thread). It’s like you have this "you're either with me or against me" mindset, which is why every single argument ends up crashing in the same way. I don't know why you do it, and honestly, I don't care—but we aren't putting up with it.

Nobody is out to get you; there are no conspiracies or Kakav Klan going on. Please, just stop taking things so personally and quit making everything about you.

A lot of them take it way too personally though, like Zalmonik or Aaron, not to mention anyone else🤷. Of course I'm going to get insulted when someone who can't even hit a decent win rate tries to lecture me, but you wouldn't see that because you only read what fits your narrative since you play nice with certain people while constantly snapping at everyone else🤷. Are we really doing this again? The whole drama about posting picks in the chat where you call me and a few others out, yet you completely ignore the guys who post picks for days on end without any actual reasoning? To me, that's not a fair standard. If rules are being enforced, no matter how stupid I or most of the group think they are, they need to apply to everyone or nobody at all.

Look, I’m just gonna say it right now—I’m done. As of today, I am officially checking out of this thread because I am sick and tired of giving certain people here an excuse to constantly pick on me and stir the pot. It’s honestly pathetic how some of you users just go on these endless trolling sprees, attacking anyone who dares to have a different opinion, and what’s even more infuriating? The moderators just sit there and let it happen! They won't sanction a single person for being a total jerk, so why should I even bother sticking around? For almost two years, things were mostly fine, you know? We had some good times, but then you get these few exceptions who act like they own the entire place, behaving like this is their own private playground instead of a public forum. I'm over it.🤷Is there actually anywhere left in this world where someone’s hard work gets respected instead of just getting slapped with a ban because they won't play along with the rules? Seriously, is there any corner of the internet left where you can speak your mind without some moderator breathing down your neck the second you refuse to bow down? It feels like everywhere you turn, it's just instant bans for anyone who doesn't want to fold. Does anyone actually care about the effort people put in anymore, or is everyone just looking for an excuse to kick someone out? Honestly, I'm just looking for a spot that isn't totally toxic.

What's the point in repeating myself? Especially when the person I'm talking to just ignores everything I say.

It’s funny. You didn't even address a single point from my last post. Instead, you're back to accusing me of being dramatic, trolling, or bullying. Here is what I actually wrote:
Cut the lies. You're throwing out a ton of accusations here—do us all a favor and actually back them up with some proof.

Anyway, the rules are the same for everyone. Why can't you tell the difference between a rule and a request, even after I explained it?On this thread.Honestly, I have no clue.

Hey everyone, good luck out there. 👋

Bryan Adams6 said:Man, you’re just hating for no reason... if you’ve got beef with the mods, take it to their DMs. Posting here just makes you look pathetic, whining about how much detail isn't in the PDF when you could actually step up and write something useful every day to make this sub better instead.
stormyseal9 actually puts in the work. He hates the rules, sure, but he follows them and posts daily so people can grab those picks and make a quick buck since they don't follow the sport themselves. You and guys like you are just complaining. The mods aren't perfect, and the PDF sucks, but what are you doing to fix it? 👎

Is there even any point in posting on a thread where the mods just delete your stuff and won't let you get a word in edgewise?

Daniel Ward87 said:Hey everyone.

I’ve been reading through this thread and looking at the posts you flagged, and honestly, I think everyone is getting a little carried away here.

The PDF rules being discussed are pretty straightforward, so there isn't much to debate there. These accusations that a moderator snitched to get someone banned are just ridiculous. At the end of the day, you own your actions—if you get banned, that's on you, not someone else. On that specific thread, more was clear about what went wrong, pointed to the rules, and gave a one-hour window to open a ticket. Besides, even someone like me who knows nothing about betting can see that trying to claim money for a game that's already finished wouldn't fly anywhere.

Regarding the issue with quoting mods, George Barnes25, the rule is simple: don't comment on or quote moderator warnings within the thread. If you have an issue with a warning, just shoot a DM to the mod or start a ticket here. Breaking that rule can lead to sanctions, though whether someone actually gets penalized is entirely up to the moderator. That said, I do agree that more could have toned down her tone in those warnings. It also gets a bit confusing when a mod switches between acting as a community member and acting as staff. Personally, I use blue text whenever I'm writing in my capacity as an admin/mod, and everything else is just my opinion as a regular user. If everyone followed that, we wouldn't have this confusion, so I highly recommend it.

As for this whole "clan" thing, it's incredibly hard to call. I'm not a regular over at BetMGM, and to give a truly objective opinion, I'd need to spend more time there to see if there's any truth to it. That's why we always say: post the controversial links so we can actually discuss them; otherwise, it's nearly impossible to catch anything.

If you want strict adherence to the rules, they have to apply to both sides. If we go too far that way, we risk making the board feel sterile, which I don't think anyone wants. But finding that line is up to you guys, since you're the ones living it every day. My advice to the mods would be to soften their communication style a bit. As for everyone else, just read the rules and try to coordinate better with the mod team.

That feels like a near-impossible mission, honestly. The mods have all the leverage—they can wipe out other people's posts (which happens quite a bit), but regular users can't. So how are we supposed to post a link that actually helps our case?

I've walked away from several threads before because of biased moderation, which I think is a real shame. Most of those threads pretty much died once I left, since it was usually just two or three of us actually answering everyone else's questions...

I'm not entirely sure if this is the right place for this—admins or mods, please don't ban me if it isn't—but I feel like we need some new rules, or maybe just to scrap some of the old ones. Given how many threads there are here, ranging from trivial fluff to really important discussions, would it be possible to limit bans to just one specific thread (wherever the ban happened) or maybe just a section of the subforum? It seems pointless and a waste to ban someone from the entire site. Some mods seem to be on a massive ego trip, turning their own threads into these weird little fiefdoms where you never know what you can or can't say because the standards are always shifting...

I'm intentionally not calling anyone out by name or pointing to specific threads, mostly because I'm exhausted from repeating myself for the hundredth time. I’d just ask the admins if they could give me an answer to this. It's a real pity to lose access to the truly important content just because of a misunderstood word in some random, unimportant thread.

So you're out here dissecting everyone else's post-game breakdowns—and then you have the nerve to go on about some money-back guarantee nonsense? Give me a break. 🤷
Look, you’re getting a five-hundred-dollar fine this time—but consider this your final warning. If you pull another stunt like this, it’s a permanent ban. Honestly, looking at your track record here, you haven't contributed anything useful to the sub besides stirring the pot and picking fights. You don't deserve anything else.

Look, either start following the rules—which you clearly haven't bothered to read—or just stay out of this subforum entirely.

Look, when you feel called out and decide you need to drag a private DM conversation over here to settle things—which is pretty unprofessional, if you ask me—it makes me wonder: if someone misses a bet, is it really "provocation" for me to point out they missed? And regarding that money-back thing, I already said it was a joke—take it however you want to take it!

Regarding that "oh, look at these experts" post, I actually stepped up and apologized on my own. I took the ban, and I even explained the full context to you in a DM—basically explaining that people are constantly missing their picks—but you just refuse to acknowledge it and keep shoving that one post back in my face for the nth time. Just try to understand that I’ve already served the penalty for that post and moved on!!

My last ban actually came from you, following some rather questionable warnings from your colleague Joshua Garcia8. She flagged me in the Formula 1 thread—and honestly, she doesn't seem to know the first thing about F1, though I guess it doesn't matter since she's a moderator—simply because I dared to offer an argument that countered some "great expert." I can't even link to his post right now—I can't find mine or his because it looks like Joshua Garcia8 deleted it—where he was indirectly mocking Kimi Räikkönen's "incompetence." I know a lot of people might not get the reference, but unfortunately, that's how it works here; the moderators act like they own the place, so you can't even provide a link to back yourself up. If I present an argument that doesn't align with your resident "sports gurus," it's labeled as insulting other users and gets sanctioned immediately. The community is right—this kind of behavior is exactly why you've already driven away several genuinely talented bettors.

And I'm genuinely curious what the admins think about you telling me to just leave the sub-forum if I don't like it. This isn't your private living room, man!

The way you're acting just totally validates what I wrote in my previous post about ego trips.

Yeah. Anyone who actually sat down to play or break down that par knows it was a bust—you don't even need someone pointing it out to you.
I’m really not looking to get into any commentary regarding the refund policy—just going to leave that part alone.

It’s one of those sports where you think you understand the rhythm, and then suddenly everything shifts—new regulations, driver drama, technical breakthroughs that make last year's car look like a relic. Honestly, it's a bit of a rollercoaster. Sometimes it feels like we're watching pure engineering genius, and other times it feels like a high-speed chess match where someone forgot their pieces at home. Anyway, just wanted to throw it out there and see what everyone else is feeling lately. What's on your mind regarding the grid?

Look, the topic wasn't Formula 1—it was the SPAT thread, where everyone on the team is strictly here to provide their own specific analyses. No other posts are allowed. I might need to say this one more time, or is this fourth attempt enough for you to finally grasp what’s written? 🤷

You’ve been handed a 30-point penalty for that post. 🤷

Well, you know how it goes 🤷
And I honestly don't see why it matters.

We haven't driven anyone away.

Wrong again.

Do you even read my posts?
What I said was, if you can't manage to post without breaking the sub-forum rules (which you do constantly), then just stay away from this section.

Eric Fox7 said:And what exactly are you complaining about? 🤷

I already laid it all out for you in our private messages.

Komentiraš na temi na kojoj piše:

You’re getting a yellow card for breaking the subforum rules.

Napišeš:

You get a hundred bucks just for posting this—because let’s be real, the whole point here is just pure provocation.

Napišeš:

Parker Pao.

Over Pao.

Hey, you still owe me cash! Seriously, when are we actually gonna hang out so you can pay me back?

And just a little more ad hominem...
