I suppose this all falls under technicalities and tactical errors caused by some holy seventh player who isn't doing a damn thing.
The players are playing way beyond their actual skill level...
Good grief, they act like bigger martyrs than anyone in history. I guess Americans don't fight for their own country then...
If I had the money right now, I'd smash my TV.
You forgot about blood, sweat, and tears.

America, the eternal semifinalist...
😵
That specific detail really screwed us over 🤦

One thing I truly regret is missing out on hearing Ćosić tonight. It would have been an absolutely epic performance!

So, I guess the luckier guy just pulled it off...
They totally blew it, man. Just completely choked when they had it in their hands.
Let's call a spade a spade, you cowards.

They completely blew it after getting lucky.
Call it what it is, you cowards.
I'll go ahead and do it: the perpetual losers are back in their element once again.

Keep celebrating if you want, but those big favorites from Norway only pulled it off because they played overtime and we kept making these ridiculous mistakes.
It feels like every single time someone misses a penalty, we swap out the shooter, but this time they decided to stick with the same guy, and well, predictably, Horvat just couldn't find the mark.
Duvnjak was shooting a miserable 3-for-13, but honestly, most of that is probably because Stepancic and Seba don't have the guts to take the shots themselves, so he’s stuck trying to score against a defender with their hands up in the ref's face.

Exactly. 🤣🙏

I need to lay down some basic sports logic for Andrew Hayes6, because if he starts losing his mind tomorrow about how we beat the Austrians, I’m gonna lose my cool too;
1. Our guys are totally mentally checked out right now.
2. It makes zero sense—we were crushing teams in the final minutes during the last tournament, but now? We’re dropping games to Norway and barely scraping by against Austria.
3. If Vuja doesn't pull it together and fix this shaky headspace, we're probably gonna end up crashing and burning just like Team USA did back in 2016.

Could he?
Yeah, guys, tomorrow night we’ll either be celebrating or mourning.
Winning the bronze against the Americans matters more than all those deep tournament runs and silver medals combined.
The same goes for a loss, obviously.

We played pretty well, though. I guess at the end of the day, it's just sports—someone has to take the loss anyway ☕

I mean, I'm not even surprised.
😬
But I was mostly thinking about those clowns over at the studio.

We always swap out shooters whenever someone misses a penalty, but this time they decided to do the exact opposite, and well, obviously Horvat missed again.
Duvnjak was shooting a pathetic 3-for-13, but mostly because Stepancic and Seba just don't have the guts to take the shot, so he's stuck taking them while the ref's hands are practically in his face.
March 6th shouldn't have even mattered, honestly.

Man, give me a break. 🙂 Our guys are perfectly happy just making it to the semifinals—they’ll play the exact same way in the bronze medal game.
That was an incredible game—absolute heart-stopper—it's just a shame the US didn't pull off the win at the end. Not like that mindless, messy scrap we saw yesterday.

Oh, come on now, we aren't just going to gloss over everything that Kopljar "contributed" to the national team, are we?🤦
