Does anyone know if there are any pills out there specifically for muscle relaxation? I used to rely on Muscle Feeder back in the day, but they don't make it anymore.

Normabel. 😬
Then there are the much more accessible routes, such as magnesium supplements and regular sports massages.

It depends, I guess, but either Advil or just some Aspirin should do if it's nothing too serious.

maybe just crush them up and hide them in some food...😁 just kidding

I know exactly what you're getting at. You dealing with cramps?? Honestly, just try taking magnesium supplements or eat more bananas—they're loaded with it. People say if you're getting those spasms, it's usually because you're running low on magnesium... your body just burns through it. Apparently, certain medications can actually deplete your levels, too. I was on an asthma inhaler—Albuterol—back in the day, and I was constantly getting leg cramps because of it. If that sounds like what you're going through, maybe ask your doctor to switch you to something else with different ingredients...

Think of Advil and its generic counterparts as being one and the same; different pharmaceutical companies just slap their own branding on the same active ingredient, much like how you might see various brands of Aspirin at a CVS or Walgreens.

I dealt with muscle cramps myself—and still do—because my potassium levels were low. Before I actually knew what was going on and had my bloodwork checked, my doctors just assumed it was a magnesium deficiency and kept prescribing magnesium. It didn't help at all.
That doesn't mean everyone has the exact same issue, but it’s worth remembering that neither the standard meds nor magnesium are always the right answer.

Regarding that question about Muscle Feeder... I wouldn't say the culprit is necessarily magnesium or potassium either.

I’ve been struggling with this for years, so about two months ago, I finally decided to pull the trigger and see a physical medicine specialist on my own recommendation.
First, we spent a long time just talking through my health history, and then moved into a massage session using some kind of wood therapy. He told me it was totally fine to yell, cry, or even swear during the process 😁 because once I can't take the pain anymore, that's when it actually starts to stop. 👍And honestly? That’s exactly what happened. You can go back for more sessions if needed, though you should wait at least 4 to 6 weeks between them.
Regarding supplements: I'm taking Vitamin D2 combined with K2/MK7, plus three Neurobion Forte tablets daily. And magnesium, obviously. The dosages are all pretty high, and I have to get blood work done in two weeks to check my Vitamin D2 levels.
Two months in, and I'm already feeling way better. He gave me some exercises to do, but let's be real—I haven't really stuck to them. Instead, he suggested a home rebounder as the best therapy. I just ordered one; they aren't cheap, but you need a specialized medical grade one for it to actually work.

But you really have to identify the root cause first...

And honestly, who can even tell what the actual topic of this thread is supposed to be?

He actually told me it was totally fine to scream, cry, or just swear my head off 😁 and that once I hit that breaking point where I couldn't take the pain anymore, it would finally start letting go 👍 and man, he wasn't kidding... it worked exactly like that. You can go back for more sessions if you need them, but you really have to wait at least 4 to 6 weeks between visits.
As for meds: I'm taking Vitamin D2 paired with Vitamin K2/MK7, plus three Neurobion Forte tablets a day, and magnesium, obviously. All the dosages are pretty high, and I've got to get my bloodwork checked in two weeks to monitor the Vitamin D2 levels.
After just two months, I’m already feeling way better. He gave me a bunch of exercises to do too, though I’ll be honest, I haven't really been sticking to them. His top recommendation for therapy was actually using a home rebounder/mini-trampoline for specific exercises. I just ordered one; they aren't cheap, but it has to be a high-end medical grade model to actually work.

Does anyone know where I can pick up that "Vitamin D2 combined with Vitamin K2/MK7" combo? Also, what exactly is MK7 supposed to mean?

***Are you kidding me right now? Did you seriously skip over :" a home trampoline, but one that's actually pretty specialized for medical use "

You might want to ask God what the "father of psychoanalysis" was actually getting at... He isn't necessarily lying... It just makes it seem like this entire forum is built on nothing but falsehoods... And if you go through all that effort to research things like Neurobion... only to find out he was just messing around or pulling your leg...
Moving away from the topic for a second...
But that trampoline analogy actually gave me a great idea... It's like kidney stones... they keep forming up, and they simply have to find a way out...🙂
