Lost cartoon – anyone remember this?

I’m not entirely certain if I’m posting this in the right sub, but I suppose I have to start somewhere.

It goes without saying that I have scoured the entire internet—searching both vertically and horizontally, if you will—in pursuit of a single cartoon that seemingly doesn't exist anywhere. I watched it when I was just a little kid, and all I have to show for it are these fragmented memories and a few specific scenarios. I’d place it somewhere in the 80s or 90s. Honestly, after searching for so long, I’ve started to suspect that maybe I was the only person on Earth who ever owned a copy of this thing, which is why I’ve been losing my mind over it for years now.

Anyway, I can recall a few scenes:

- There was a man attempting to give mouth-to-muzzle resuscitation to a dog, only for the dog to cough right back into his mouth.
- A man was washing his face in dirty dishwater and then proceeded to eat raw eggs.
- I think there were quite a lot of sheep featured in the cartoon.
- A man was on a date with a woman wearing a red dress with a very low neckline. They were at some sort of restaurant in a roadside campground, and a single bean somehow ended up falling into her cleavage.

If anyone happens to have even the slightest clue what this might be, please, I beg of you, help me out. My head is actually starting to ache from trying to track this down.

Have you checked out that "What's the Name of That Movie?" thread? I bet the mods could just move this over there in a heartbeat...

There’s also a dedicated thread for those old-school animated cartoons—you know, the ones where people are constantly hunting for a title based on nothing but vague descriptions of what happened in an episode. You might want to give that a shot as well.
