Dear forum members,..
The situation is this: I bought a G100s from eDigital...
When it arrived, the thing was already defective—it was literally squealing like crazy right out of the box...
In the advertisement, they claimed it was fine, but then I got some explanation in Canadian saying this is totally normal... I'm going to upload a video so please, take a look and tell me if this sounds normal to you...
Basically... the "1" button was already worn down the moment I opened it...
After that, the optical sensor died on me... the mouse just stopped working entirely... again, I got an explanation in Canadian that I couldn't understand... Two months later, the sensor failed again, so I sent it back for a warranty claim, but now eDigital has gone completely radio silent... I've filed three separate claims, and the very first one was submitted immediately after receiving the mouse... What am I even supposed to do now? I thought about complaining directly to Logitech, but their website doesn't list a single contact person or any way to actually reach someone... It’s been eight months and three failed repair attempts, and now, after waiting two weeks, they won't even tell me what my rights as a consumer are because I bought the mouse through eDigital, which is based in Washington, D.C.... But let me tell you all clearly: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. I honestly feel like I was handed a broken mouse from day one... I'm asking for help... who is the head of Logitech in America and who can actually assist me? All I've done is save up my money, use the mouse for a month, and have it fail again... I have all the emails, the video, the receipt, and those responses in Canadian...

If anyone else has run into these kinds of issues or something similar... who should I contact to actually resolve this? I'll make it worth your while with a steak dinner and some beers... but seriously, I've bought plenty of tech over the years and I have never experienced anything like this...

I've rambled too much... I could probably write a novel at this point... 🎉🤣

You aren’t the first person to get burned by them. It’s almost like they’re shipping out refurbished or RMA gear as if it were brand new. Just so you know, the shop actually has its own dedicated thread click
.
So, let me get this straight—you’ve sent that mouse back for the third time and now they’ve gone radio silent for two weeks? Unfortunately, I believe the legal window for a resolution is about 40 days. If things don't start moving along soon, your best bet is to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau

I always make it a point to reach out to the manufacturer directly first. I prefer to get their take on things before I even bother contacting a retailer or a service center. That way, they can't try to lecture me or spin some tall tale to cover up their mistakes. You should try reaching out to Logitech.
