New PC build for $750?

I am looking for a complete build for a brand-new desktop setup, including a monitor and a UPS. This won't be a gaming rig, but I definitely need HDMI output capability for my TV—though I'm not entirely sure if integrated graphics support that.

How can I connect this to the UPS? Is there a specific adapter available?

So, you just plug the adapter into the UPS?

A UPS doesn't have those kinds of slots. You're talking about computer expansion slots.

I don't want to start a whole new thread here, but I was wondering if an Intel Core i7, 8 GB of RAM, and a decent graphics card like an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 could actually fit within this budget? I wouldn't be cutting corners on the other components, either (excluding peripherals, obviously).
