I’ve been spinning their records since back in '81 when "No Sleep Till Hammersmith" dropped. That sound was absolutely savage—so raw and unapologetic that it still gives me chills today...

Honestly, the guy was a walking medical miracle. With the way he lived, most of us would've kicked the bucket by 30, or at least definitely by 40. Still, hearing the news today really hit me hard.

I’ve never actually seen Motörhead live, even though they played in New York City a handful of times over the years.
Back in ’83, I was right in the middle of my high school graduation celebrations, and the old folks wouldn't hear a word of me staying home to catch a show.

About a month ago, I promised my oldest son we’d hit up the inMusic festival together, but now I’ve got to break the news that it’s not happening. 😢
Instead, we’re just going to catch AC/DC in Vienna.

I used to watch them back in the day at the slaughterhouse, and honestly, I was thinking about picking them up again on Inmusic, but... nah. Let Lemmy rest in peace. 🙂
