Best laptop under $300?

I'm looking for a laptop within this budget—maybe $67 over if necessary.

It'll mostly be used for Skype and watching videos—mostly YouTube—so nothing too intense.

I'm open to recommendations for used laptops, provided they come with some kind of warranty. Even though I won't be doing anything demanding, I still want to get the most bang for my buck.
