How to get a partial refund from HealthCare?

Could someone please help me clear out some old posts from the Health section? I think they date back to somewhere around 2013. I’m dealing with a pretty specific situation right now, and I was really hoping to ask if anyone could recommend an experienced nurse for a bedridden patient. Honestly, the home health agency we're using currently is a complete nightmare. I'm looking for a private nurse who actually has solid medical knowledge—someone who at least knows the fundamentals when it comes to caring for someone who can't move. I had a nurse like this through a home care service for my mom once, but she was older and has since retired. She was truly wonderful and had so much experience.
