Post deleted in the Fight thread (Civil & Criminal Law)

I’m a bit baffled because my post on that specific thread in the Legal subforum was deleted by some unknown moderator. My money is on crimsonsailor7, mostly because those kinds of outbursts—where posts get nuked based on logic that only she seems to grasp—are becoming a regular occurrence over there. If it was someone else, then my apologies to crimsailor7 for pointing the finger...
Anyway, I’d appreciate some clarity on this. In my original post, I was responding to aki007's comment regarding his situation where an assailant sued him after he pulled out a heavy club to defend himself. I was simply suggesting that he consider filing a countersuit involving the girl the attacker was strangling and dragging by the neck, since it felt like that crucial detail hadn't been properly emphasized in the case against him.

I’m struggling to see which rule I actually broke with my post on this thread. To be honest, I’ve stated quite clearly on the Law subreddits before that I think certain statutes are absolute nonsense—that the people drafting them don't have a clue what they're talking about, and that some legal procedures are basically just mental torture for the victims involved. For some reason, you’re labeling those kinds of takes as "trolling," which suggests you might not fully grasp the subject matter yourself, and it's always easy to act superior from behind a moderator's desk. But in the specific post I’m appealing, I didn't even say anything like that.

So, which rule did I supposedly violate in the deleted post? 🤷
Since I have concerns regarding your competence as a moderator, I’d appreciate it if another moderator from the Law section could take a look at the disputed post and provide an independent judgment.
