Keyboard and mouse not working on my laptop

Hi there,
I could use a little help if anyone knows what's going on. My laptop display turns on perfectly fine, but I'm stuck without a mouse cursor and the keyboard isn't responding at all... I've already tried plugging in different mice and keyboards, but nothing works.

Take a look at your Device Manager—see if there are any yellow exclamation points popping up there,

But how am I even supposed to do that?

It doesn't really matter which version of macOS you're running—it’s all pretty much the same... Just take a look and see if you notice any yellow warning icons.

None of his input devices are working at all.

Can you try booting into Safe Mode?

Did you ever take it apart? Or did you try applying any kind of lubricant to it?

Yeah, try booting into BIOS and see if the keyboard works there.
