Is it actually possible to become addicted to dopamine, or is this just a standard human biological drive?
To be specific, I’ve found myself so hooked on the sensation that I’m hitting the gym every single day, even though I don't strictly need to—my physique is already in good shape. It’s just that I absolutely crave that post-workout "reward" feeling.
It’s the same story when it comes to sexual release. Previously, reaching climax four or five times a week was plenty for me, but over the last year, that number has surged, often hitting 80 times a month. That averages out to about three times a day, whether through sex or masturbation. At this point, does the method even matter? The end goal is simply the satisfaction itself.
Perhaps I’m exaggerating a little, but given how incredible I feel and how much my overall immune health seems to have improved, I’m left with one nagging question: why didn't I start tapping into this level of dopamine potential sooner?
