As the title suggests, I'm selling my laptop and I need to know how to completely wipe my user profile and all associated files from Windows 8.
I already sold the machine and thought I had deleted my account and cleared out all my data, but the guy who bought it tells me that when he boots up the laptop, my profile still shows up right at the start screen. He says he actually has to manually click on his own profile just to log in.
On top of that, he mentioned the computer itself is still labeled with my name, even though I set him up as the Administrator on his own profile.
What is the best way to fix this?
EDIT: Here is the specific description of the issue he sent over: "So, I just restarted it, and right at the beginning, it tells me there's an incorrect password for one account, then it offers me the other account—which is yours—and I have to switch over to mine to get in."
