How to disable "Run as administrator" prompts?

So I've got this one program that scans my PC, and once it finishes up, I hit fix it now, but it just shuts me down because it says I don't have administrator rights.
Any way to bypass that prompt so it stops bugging me?

I'm honestly stuck here.
I went into Control Panel \ User Accounts and Family Safety \ User Accounts \ Manage Accounts \ Change an Account
but now I'm just staring at the screen...
What am I even supposed to do next?

Nah, when I turn my computer on, all I see is this:
Choose operating system to start
-earlier version of Windows
-Windows 7

Just a heads-up, I used to have two different OSs running—Windows 8 and Windows 7—but I wiped Windows 8 off the drive, so now it's just Windows 7 sitting there alone.

Well, now that you mention uninstalling Windows 8, that's a huge red flag to me! It really makes me wonder... how exactly did you go about removing that Windows installation? Did you actually format the partition where it was living, or did you try some other way to get rid of it?
It sounds like you might not have wiped it out properly—which means the system might still think that Windows 8 admin account is the primary one!

one way to handle this is
well, the others have already pointed out the most likely culprit—could it be that you aren't logged in with the right account? If the current user doesn't have administrator privileges, you'll run into walls constantly! It might even be a case of having multiple accounts set up,

Since I had zero clue how to actually uninstall Windows 8, I just went ahead and nuked my D: drive to wipe them out.
