The first matchup between Germany and the Czech Republic just kicked off—currently sitting at 6 to 11

The US is up against Poland in the opening game, and according to the TV, they’re about to do the whole grand opening ceremony over at Madison Square Garden in just a few minutes. 👋

Just to follow up on my question—how do the Poles actually stack up against Slovak and Dance? If they’re clearly the weaker side here, then we absolutely have to pull this off. 😁

Word on the street is that North Mexico is the ultimate underdog according to the forecasts. People said the exact same thing about their basketball team, and we all saw how far they actually climbed. For that reason, I’m pulling for them to make a serious run in this tournament too.😍

All things considered, we just saw some pretty predictably terrible handball in this opening round of groups. And don't even get me started on the officiating—it feels like the refs were practically handing out seven-meter penalties left and right, didn't they?
