Realtek Audio Driver issues?

Alright, so here's the deal... I just cannot for the life of me get these sound card drivers to install properly.

I went ahead and installed that UAA transit bus driver since the system kept insisting it was a prerequisite for the audio drivers. But even after I finished the installation, it’s still giving me the exact same prompt...

Open Device Manager. If there’s a question mark showing up, you've found your problem.
Transit bus drivers come as part of the motherboard driver set—usually on the motherboard's installation disc. They're typically labeled as the Intel chipset, AMD chipset, or something similar.

I've got it right here on the disc that came with my motherboard. I tried running the autorun, but it just won't install... nothing happens.🤷 Even when I dig through the files manually on the disc, it’s the exact same story. Total dead end.

So, I went into the registry and manually swapped out the Service Pack 3 designation for Service Pack 2... and honestly? It actually worked! I finally managed to get that UAA installation running straight from the motherboard disc... finally... I can't see the image you linked! It looks like the link might be broken or I just can't pull it up on my end... could you try posting it again? I'd love to take a look at what you've got there... )

And I'm getting that same old error message again... right when I go to install the sound drivers. It just keeps popping up with "audio bus driver needs to be loaded..." over and over... such a headache...

Man, I’m stuck... which one should I actually go with?!

Is it actually possible that messing with the registry won't do squat, and the installer just knows deep down it's not Service Pack 3, which is why it keeps blocking me?
If I just wipe everything and do a fresh install of Windows with Service Pack 2 already on there, do you think that'll finally let me get this damn transit bus driver installed?!

Everything is in order.
First, you need power, then the PSU, then the hardware and motherboard, followed by the Driver, and finally the Driver.
Essentially... you install Windows and its junk just so the Computer can function at all.
But you always install the Driver first. Always. Does the Computer care if there is audio or not? No. But does it matter if the Intel components are communicating correctly—like the CPU with the storage controller? Yes.
After the Driver, you can move on to the audio, graphics, or whatever else.

Install all the drivers related to the motherboard and hardware first. Save the Driver and software for last.
