Does anyone actually know how to trigger a reactivation? I haven't done anything out of the ordinary here. I was just working on a document in LibreOffice, printed it a few times, and then the printer started jamming, distorting the colors, and eventually just gave up. I checked the hardware itself—it claims everything is fine—but then this error pops up saying the SanDisk Flash Memory isn't installed.
I’ve tried everything within my limited toolkit. I attempted a system restore to an earlier date, but the computer refuses. I tried to reinstall the SanDisk Flash Memory, and again, it won't let me. I went hunting for drivers online, found some stuff on a Dell support page, but I can't make head or tail of the download process. There are files for everything else, yet nothing specifically for what I need.
Is there a straightforward way to fix this? It doesn't even have to be easy; I just need some actual direction to follow.

Is this laptop running Windows Vista or Windows XP? The driver page only supports those two operating systems.

Take a look here; apparently, the card reader driver (ENE Card Bus Driver) fixes the issue. 🤷

(Unzip the folder and run Setup.exe)

Did you try pulling the driver through Windows Update? Does Dell even offer some kind of dedicated utility for their drivers?

P.S. Give the Windows Vista driver a shot.
