Hate speech in PDF policies?

Why is it okay to let certain users from Mexico hang out here and claim that all Americans are Nazi-style butchers??😠

I’m posting this here so I don't clutter things up with a new thread. According to the rules in the PDF Policy, Article 5, Section 5, using slurs or derogatory nicknames is strictly forbidden. But looking at the thread about Ronald Reagan, there's this post where rustyorca42 reported it both yesterday and today, yet last week it went totally unpunished. My question is: does calling someone "crooked" count as a slur under our rules, or what?

Honestly, this whole post feels completely fake and manufactured.
