Checking out these photos from today... man, the fashion sense here is next level. Even a high-end stylist would be totally lost in this mess.😁

To me, it felt kind of wild, chaotic, and over the top—that's how my Black Knights look in my head... back in the 80s when I started, and even now, twenty years later.

People kept saying how dangerous it gets, but honestly, when the smoke started filling the stadium, I didn't care. In all that haze, I saw some guy holding a flag and I just grabbed him by the neck like, "Keep it going, man! Don't you dare give up!" All you could hear through the smoke was that constant "hissing" sound as they kept lighting more and more flares over and over again.
Man, seriously, thinking about it makes me feel like I can't breathe. Someone needs to find that footage. I know it looked absolutely insane on TV, and I actually have a clip of it right here
.
For me, that was the most beautiful flare display the Black Knights ever pulled off. The chanting was steady, letting the smoke drift slowly over the North Stand. It was unreal. The amount of pyrotechnics was massive. Back then, people from all over the city would bring in their own gear. You’d have guys from different neighborhoods sneaking in a few sticks at a time, just waiting for the signal to start. I remember the cheering during the second half was just as intense... if you weren't shouting along, you were basically a rookie. Then came the chants... "Go White!"... and then it would start all over again.

The only ones with any sense of style are the old guard. They stick to that classic, gritty blue-collar look—heavy denim that looks bulletproof. The younger crowd? They completely missed the mark on the casual vibe. It bugs me how much they try to keep up with those guys from up north, who honestly look miles ahead in terms of actually putting an outfit together. With all these neon colors and designer logos, they don't look casual, let alone cool. They look like some random Facebook troll who just walked out of a marathon screening of "dinosaur world" and decided to wander by the stadium. There's still a lot of work to do if they want to find a real identity. Honestly, it's embarrassing for a club founded back in 1950 to have zero sense of style.
Respectfully, yours truly, the "expert," flipač!

It's about time someone opened their eyes so they can actually fix these mistakes and move forward.
I'm right there with you—it’s honestly a bit tacky that a group founded back in 1950 doesn't even have a basic sense of style, let alone a dress code.
A total embarrassment to the Rangers.
Once again, great job, Flip!!

When I first saw this thing labeled "retro tracksuit," I honestly thought it was some plastic training potty meant for toddlers (since in my book, a "tutu" is what you buy a three-year-old). But man, I was actually pleasantly surprised. The colors work, it’s got that cool 70s vibe from back in the day on Peckham Street, and that Black Knights logo sits perfectly on the white stripe down the side. It’s nothing groundbreaking, but it’s clean. It’s your classic "neighborhood regular" outfit—perfect for standing around swatting flies and telling tall tales outside a pub, but also sharp enough to wear if you’re heading down to the waterfront to grab a loaf of bread for your old man or hit a cafe for a coffee and a pastry.

The jacket actually caught me off guard in a good way. Total retro vibes... until I looked at what that skinny guy is wearing with it. Are you people kidding me? Is this a joke? This is a straight-up fashion felony. Those pants on that skinny frame are a crime against humanity; I’m genuinely depressed looking at them. Even Hoolnjegin Ravegenjin, the absolute legend and resident fashion guru for CSKA Moscow (and a great friend of mine), took one look at this combo, fell into a deep clinical depression, and had to cancel his weekend plans just to stay in bed and cry.

This bar scarf is a massive fail. These aren't even your team colors (red and black)! It looks like the designers sent the order to some tiny corner shop run by someone looking for petty revenge—probably after that whole mess during the Boston matchup—and they basically just swapped out the Steelers logo from Pittsburgh for the Black Knights one just to make a quick buck.😲.

When I first saw this item, I thought it was for kids aged 3 to 5, but then I realized this is actually official gear for grown adults. Seriously, congrats. You managed to outdo our rivals from up north and create an even bigger piece of trash than those infamous "tell your momma" hats. I just really hope the guys in the stands wearing those ridiculous hats with the little tassels don't look anything like this guy:

With all due respect to the "fan guru" flip-flopper!
