It’s honestly such a joke how easy it is to snatch up titles when you’ve got paid mercenaries just sitting there, actively blocking the fastest driver on the grid.🙄

Do you really think they'd let a driver onto the track with a snapped suspension? I highly doubt it... It just doesn't work like that.

I’ve watched this whole Spanish-Russian debacle on Sky at least a dozen times now, and I wouldn't necessarily go so far as to say the Russian driver did anything wrong. Honestly, I don't think it was even Alonso's fault either; they were both just doing the best they could given the circumstances. At any rate, I'm really hoping there aren't any penalties handed out—especially not one for Alonso. It would be a shame to see his race ruined when he actually has a real shot at being competitive here.

Look at Red Bull. One minute the owners are whining about leaving F1—which is such a joke, honestly—and then suddenly they're back to being top-tier contenders. Who knows what the regulators let them slide with this time...

Right now, those Mercedes cars just seem absolutely untouchable—honestly, it feels like Red Bull might be the only ones with a fighting chance to snag them during Qualifying 2, but even then, I'd be hard-pressed to see them getting overtaken once the actual race gets underway...

Actually, GM and Lotus are fast compared to this site. It takes me nearly three minutes just to load a page—feels like I'm back on dial-up.

As for qualifying, Mercedes were solid as usual. Vettel took second, which shows Red Bull Racing has pace, but I'm still praying for some reliability issues.😬

Ferrari looked pretty good, though I'm curious to see how they handle a dry track.

Williams underperformed. Looks like the rain isn't their thing.

Really hoping the rain stays away tomorrow. I'm not in the mood to watch a bunch of cars just following the SC in a line.
