Look, no disrespect intended, but I have to disagree...

Basically, Prle never even brought up the summer cinema thing or that whole story. In fact, he actually said later on that he was never even into it and that it was just some lie made up by random people...

But here, he’s talking about the crowds, the coffee shops where the bars are, and where that whole name drama started (obviously triggered by the movie Bad Boys). If you actually pay attention or bother to read what both sides are saying, that name was already out there in the air. Maybe that’s why he (or they) finally mentioned it more seriously back then...
He also specifically said who was there, giving names and where that guy lives (the one who eventually moved to Seattle to join us, blah blah)...

Just wanted to set the record straight. Won't bother commenting on anything else.

The way this article was reported—it’s honestly quite distasteful...

The FBI is hauling people away like they're high-level kingpins... what a state we live in...🙂

Good morning to all the 5+ crew and the Armada! Just wanted to drop a quick note, haha. I think those NFL fans might want to take a moment to reflect on how they used to look down on our moves back in San Diego early this morning. Long story short, the Armada is absolutely crushing it right now.

I assume the guys refused to take pictures of you from behind just to avoid a riot—otherwise, nobody would be able to tell which troublemakers actually made it inside. You people are something else. Looking at these photos...

Stop talking nonsense.

casualwolf48 said:Honestly, listening to this guy in the interview is exhausting. On one hand, he’s basically a walking encyclopedia of fandom in this region, but then he turns around and starts spinning these myths, claiming those rival hooligans invented all our fan lore from scratch.
Our name wasn't some big dramatic moment in a stadium. The name just happened naturally through endless talks among us. There isn't some specific historical legend about how we got it. This guy claims he was hanging out with Sarma, Icho, and Buba at some outdoor movie theater and that's when it happened. The late Buba—who I was tight with—never knew anything about that, and he never mentioned it to me. Even Icho only realized his role right before he passed. After traveling together dozens, even hundreds of times across the country with Buba and Icho, I never once heard this story about a summer movie theater being the origin. And now? We can't even ask them. God bless America. Even Sarma doesn't buy this story today. He's still around if anyone wants to fact-check it.
I’m calling out all the old-school guys from my generation right now—drop a comment and tell us when you first heard this "origin story."
Personally, I remember how things actually kicked off. I remember the discussions under the old stadium stands about what we should call ourselves. I remember making our first gear near the sports arena. I remember plenty from '83 and my first trips away. But I don't remember any movie theater story. That rumor started later; it crept in quietly at first, then became this widely accepted "fact." I'll say it plainly: our name came from the movie *Bad Boys*. That’s the truth. It was a suggestion tossed around by several people and crews until it stuck.
If anyone deserves credit for the name, it’s one of the original guys, John Doe. He’s the one who kept pushing it during our talks back then. Everything else is just an urban legend or some fake PR stunt by certain fans in the city.
It’s honestly tiring dealing with all these different stories from the old-school hooligans and those hardcore right-wingers. They spent years talking big about patriotism and tearing down the old system, but the second things actually got real and it was time to stop talking and start acting, those "big patriots" were the first ones signing up for foreign units or finding ways to get overseas.
Give it a rest, guys. Just leave history alone. Do it for the people who actually lived it, who bled for this country and gave everything during the war. I'm talking about all the American fans from every corner of the nation.
And Bauer? Given his vocabulary and way of thinking, most people here see him as an intellectual, which clearly bugs a lot of people. That’s why they call him a myth-maker—because he’s basically the founding father of all this written fan history. It’s all written in epic poetry, full of grand styles and raw heroism. Of course, that heroism is always conveniently in the first person.
Sorry for going off-topic.
That move by the NFL fans in the city was legendary. Total takeover. Killer stuff.

Cut the crap, man. What John Doe said about how we got the name has been known since day one. Details shift over the years, sure, but that’s the gist. Every few years, I have to listen to someone like you acting like they just discovered the truth, claiming it's all a myth while you spin your own version. And suddenly, we're the crazy ones.🙄
Why even talk about this if you weren't an NFL fan back then? 🤷
You just look ridiculous...

Brandon Hill5 said:Look, kid, stop lecturing me. We all knew how you guys ended up with that name from the very beginning—just like John Doe explained it. Sure, certain little details might shift in people's memories over the decades, but that’s the nature of storytelling. Every few years, I have to deal with someone like you, acting like you just discovered fire, claiming the whole thing is some kind of myth, and then spinning your own twisted versions of events. And suddenly, we're the ones with the delusions.🙄
Why even bother posting about this if you weren't actually there in the stands during those days?🤷
You just end up looking ridiculous...

Honestly, this post is the perfect example of why this entire forum has become such a joke and what kind of low-life trolls hang around here these days.

Yeah, the Black Knights basically paved the way for the Fuzzy Navies... 🙂

I mean, in Miami, nobody even spoke English back then, let alone thirty years ago.

And we're talking about the same generation from the Black Knights where Donald Trump was considered some kind of genius... 🙂

And here comes the propaganda chief for the Hell's Angels machine...

You should actually know how it went down instead of feeding your group myths and half-truths, leaving the guys confused about their own name even now.🤷

Whatever, I guess the truth just hits the fan too hard for the fanboy ego.😉

Al Capone and Joe Smith, two hooligans from the trio that basically founded you.🙂

Fine, if you're so confident, why don't you actually explain who, how, and when the Hell's Angels name was even chosen? Give us a link so we can finally debunk all these myths and prejudices once and for all. 🤷

Seriously, we basically communicate with tourists using hand signals and vibes. I'd love to see this Alexander guy that Al Capone keeps bringing up show up and actually debunk this. If he doesn't, then zg blue's story is just total nonsense (mad respect to you though, fellow fan and defender). One guy's talking about the local cinema while Al Capone is bringing up that meeting at the table. Everyone in Miami knows where that meeting happened. And where were those boys who were supposedly there? Which version is the truth? To me, none of this sounds legit—it's all just hearsay. Al Capone is a mythmaker, and there’s nobody around to call him out. It's pretty wild!

The only people chiming in are the ones who have been running this city for the last 20 years under the same old corrupt bosses.

Word on the street is, the name actually came from that "Bad Boys" movie starring Sean Penn that everyone was obsessed with back then. Since then, Real Madrid fans have stuck to that one identity—no splinter groups or messy factions like you see with some other clubs out there.

Wait, what legend? Whose legend are we talking about here? I want the real story.

What legend? Whose legend? Who actually knows the real story?

Doesn't matter whose legend it is, honestly. Just as long as it isn't that one about Miami... that one's impossible.

Man, I wasn't even asking which legend! I'm wondering if there are actual people pulling the strings behind this. Has anyone ever actually told the real story?

Bojse Uncute, I can't tell if you're being genuinely sarcastic or just lost, but nobody here is talking about who founded them; we're discussing who actually gave them their name.

In my book, saying someone named them is basically the same thing as saying they founded them. 😉
