I was actually just hunting for a thread about this movie because they keep playing the trailer everywhere, and it really caught my eye 🙂
Plus, Rachel McAdams is such an incredible actress! ..I can't wait for this to hit theaters; I have a feeling it's going to be fantastic 😍

It looks like a solid movie, and the subject matter is definitely intriguing... now I just need to sit tight and wait for a high-quality torrent to drop.😁

I watched this movie today and I have to say, I really enjoyed it. I've always been such a fan of Rachel McAdams, so I was honestly quite eager to finally see the actual version of the film 🙂
The storytelling was lovely, and the leads had such sweet chemistry together; I found myself tearing up quite a bit, especially feeling for the main guy toward the end...
The ending left me feeling a little disappointed at first (since I suppose I was expecting her memory to return, much like in most movies of this genre), but finding out it was actually based on a true story made it much easier to accept 😁
Maybe Channing Tatum's acting isn't the most incredible, but I felt so much empathy for him that I couldn't help but wonder what I would do if something like that ever happened to me...
Overall, it was just a really nice little film to watch 🙂

I honestly think this is such a great movie! There's just something about how love always finds a way to win in the end. 😍

The fact that Rachel McAdams is in this movie definitely set the bar way too high for me—it’s a decent enough way to kill some time, but it isn't even close to being a masterpiece like The Notebook ☕

It feels a bit too much like a cheap romance novel to me, but I could be wrong...

I found the movie to be a bit dull, honestly... It has its certain moments and is perfectly fine to watch if you have the time, but it didn't really leave a lasting impression on me...

The movie has an interesting premise, but unfortunately, that’s where the appeal ends. It’s such a great concept, yet the execution feels unfinished and strangely detached. I didn't feel any real spark between the two leads; she comes across as pretty cold and disinterested. That's just my take on it, though.
The opening scene was handled so poorly that it felt more grotesque than actually sad or shocking.

I honestly expected way more from this. Rachel McAdams is really subpar here—I might even go as far as saying it's her worst performance yet. 🤷

I feel the exact same way. It actually caught me off guard at the start; I kept thinking she was overacting way too much.😕
just being overly theatrical🤷
I guess she was trying to show how different their personalities were, but it just felt awkward.
It felt a bit better, or maybe just more natural, once she played the part of dealing with the amnesia...

I have to say, Channing is great.

Interesting plot, though it’s weighed down by clichés and, naturally, a predictable ending 😁 Some of those romantic scenes were honestly a bit much for me 😬

I can't say I expected much more, given it's exactly this kind of movie.
Rachel did a decent job with her role, even if it wasn't quite what some of you described.
One scene actually reminded me of The Notebook, although this film doesn't even come close to that one 😁

The ending left me completely disappointed. I spent the entire movie waiting for her memory to finally come back. 🤷

I made sure to let it glitter without spoiling anything for those who haven't seen it yet. 😍

I honestly absolutely loved this one; it really isn't your typical formulaic flick. Usually, you'd expect a setup where SPOILER ALERT:

her memory suddenly comes flooding back, and she ends up chasing him down in a taxi toward the airport just to tell him everything. 😁

The movie isn't anything groundbreaking, but it was certainly worth the watch. I appreciated how they avoided a cliché ending filled with flashbacks and a "happily ever after" trope. The core of the story is her finding herself again alongside him, even if she couldn't remember their first encounter 😁

It felt quite heavy on the emotions 😁 or perhaps it was just one of those days 😁

Comparing this to The Notebook is unnecessary; that film is simply perfection.

I have to agree with you, Countess, regarding how it ended. That was certainly the whole point... and undeniably moving. I found myself getting quite emotional over 😢 Although, if I were to write my own version of the ending—predictable as it might be—it would have been much more beautiful, sweeter, and happier 😍

The Notebook is a story unto itself 😉

I’ve been waiting for this movie for ages, but honestly? It didn't quite hit the mark for me. There are some touching moments—that wedding vow scene was decent enough—but I really expected a different kind of payoff at the end.
Anne Hathaway and Ryan Gosling just don't have that spark together for me. 🤷
