So, I'm looking to pick up a new rig around Christmas with a budget of about $833. It doesn't need to be some high-end beast or anything, just something capable enough to handle League of Legends, Mafia II, Modern Warfare, Grand Theft Auto IV, and stuff like that
. If anyone could point me toward a solid build that I can actually find easily in a local Best Buy or something similar here in the States, I'd really appreciate it...

Are you looking for a monitor and other peripherals too, or just the tower itself? Also, will you be paying with cash or using a card?

Just the tower, and I'll be paying by card.

The top combo is if you're paying cash, but you're using a card.

Your setup should look something like this:

A8 X4 5600K
SPIRE KEPLER REV 2.0
MSI FM2 A55 E33
TRANSCEND 4GB 1600 MHZ
TOSHIBA 3,5 500 GB SATA 3
LG GH24NS95 SATA
CHICONY HPA 400W ACTIVE
NAVIATEC ATX

$852 for graphics cards - Micro Center (includes assembly and shipping)

Look, even though this option starts off a bit weaker than what was suggested before, it'll still handle those games—you just might have to dial back the settings and resolution a notch. On the flip side, this route is way better for the long haul—like, once you scrape together maybe $500$333 you can pull off a serious upgrade with a dedicated GPU like an HD 7770, HD 7790, R7 260X, GTX 650 Ti BOOST, or an HD 7850 (I listed them from weakest to strongest and cheapest to most expensive—just remember to keep your budget in mind if you're shopping used). Plus, unlike the option with the G2030, you won't have to worry about your CPU bottlenecking your graphics card later on.

SPIRE KEPLER REV 2.0
MSI FM2 A55 E33
TRANSCEND 4GB 1600 MHZ
TOSHIBA 3,5 500 GB SATA 3
LG GH24NS95 SATA
CHICONY HPA 400W ACTIVE
NAVIATEC ATX

$852For the graphics cards—check out Futura IT (that includes assembly and shipping)

Now, look, this build might feel a little weaker than the other suggestion right out of the gate, but it'll get you through those games if you're willing to dial back the settings and drop the resolution... which most people end up doing anyway. On the flip side, this is actually the smarter long-term play. Once you scrape together maybe $500$333, you can pull off a serious upgrade with a dedicated GPU—think along the lines of an HD 7770, HD 7790, R7 260X, GTX 650 Ti BOOST, or an HD 7850 (I've listed them from weakest to strongest and cheapest to most expensive, though obviously, keep your budget in mind if you're hunting on eBay or Craigslist). Unlike the option with the Intel Pentium G2030 3.1, you won't be stuck with a processor that acts as a massive bottleneck for your graphics card later on...

Will this support 64-bit Windows 7?

Sure thing. If you don't mind, I'd swap out the board for this one—that way you're actually set up for those upcoming FM2+ processors.
