I guess when the authorities look the other way... or maybe just when everyone stays quiet...

Anyway, one guy sent his kid up to the stands with those loud vuvuzelas, and this other guy brought some absolute trash music that sounded like a tin can rattling... 😲😁🀣

I'm looking for some photos from Times Square (mostly shots of the plaza, the chaos, burning vans, graffiti, and flares) for an article I'm working on. If anyone has anything, please shoot me a DM. Thanks.

Grafit, you're an idiot.

I'm really hoping the other MLS Supporters Groups step up and put some serious pressure on the clubs to fix this voucher mess.

🀣🀣🀣🀣🀣 Man, these videos are just so ridiculous. Like, you've got two or three people singing along as if there were a thousand fans at the stadium or something..

Well, here we go again. Maybe if we all collectively decided to stop pretending everything is fine, we might actually see some progressβ€”but I suppose that’s asking too much from this group. http://s9.postimg.org/ob4l5xewv/hd_veljaca_23.jpg
It's funny, reallyβ€”how we keep circling the same drain while expecting a different result. I guess it's just part of the charm of being an American fan, isn't it? Just a little bit of organized chaos. http://s15.postimg.org/lsjmlr5e3/hd_veljaca_24.jpg
Anyway, here is the latest update for those who haven't lost all hope yet. Don't say I didn't warn you when things inevitably take a turn for the weird. http://s8.postimg.org/r816696yd/hd_veljaca_25.jpg

So, looking back at last December's derby, Los Angeles FC scrapped the whole voucher system and just opened up the away section for general saleβ€”and get this, the Los Angeles Angels are pulling the exact same move this Friday by opening up the south stands at the Rose Bowl for anyone to grab. Then, yesterday, San Diego did the same thing and let the away side (c1) go to open sales, plus the management over at Columbus Crew is planning to dump the south section of the Rose Bowl onto the general public too. Even Seattle Sounders FC is jumping on the bandwagonβ€”for their big match against Los Angeles FC, they’re letting the east side at Fenway Park go into free-for-all sales.

Honestly, we should just tell them all to get lostβ€”just ignore the nonsense and keep doing things our own way until the very last incompetent hack in American soccer finally gets flushed out of the system...

So, look, I was getting pretty worked up by all this talk about the MLS Supporters Groups and the Funcut crowd on here, so I figured I'd just lay out my thoughts. I don't really know where to put this, though.

I’m saying this without trying to start anything, really. I just want at least one person from every side to take a second and think about what we’re actually fighting for here:

1. This whole fight is against the US Soccer Federation and those leaders who are basically trying to wreck the entire scene as fast as they can.
2. That scene includes a ton of different groupsβ€”MLS Supporters Groups, the various local crews, all that stuff.
3. Any agreement made between these groups has to apply to EVERYONE, because we're all up against the same enemyβ€”see point number one.
4. If one group breaks the pact and starts attacking other groups instead of focusing on the voucher issue, it puts everyone else in a tough spot. It makes it hard to stay "friendly" with them when people are acting out in anger or heat-of-the-moment frustration.
5. And honestly? That just ruins the whole movement. It could turn this internal aggression and hate between us up to a whole new level.
6. Then, we're just handing the US Soccer Federation and the big shots exactly what they want. They'll see that vouchers are the perfect way to break us, and they'll probably double down or stir up even more trouble while we end up destroying each other like cannibals.

At the end of the day, I have to wonder... why would groups like the ones down in San Diego or the Funcut types over in Sinju even take that kind of risk? I mean, like I said at the start, I'm not trying to provoke anyone.
BUT, don't the leaders of these "serious" organizations actually have things under control? Or is the crowd in these groups just totally oblivious and shortsighted, only looking out for what helps them right this second?

Just please, think about what I'm saying. Let's all just chill out a bit. Because if this nonsense keeps happening, our whole system is going to fall apartβ€”and honestly, that's exactly what the higher-ups are hoping for.

The Maligan guys follow basketball and don't have anything to do with the US Soccer Federation anyway. When they start acting up and throwing insults, they never actually respect any truce, whether it's at the stadium or out on the street. Why wouldn't Funcut react to those provocations? It feels like the Maligan crew would just ignore any peace deal whenever it suits them.
Looking at the Maligan statement, you can clearly see how pissed they are, yet not a single person from Funcut was even detained.
Are they just jealous? What didn't they bring that caused the fire? :S
I don't see why a truce should hold for groups that only care about basketball. Let them stir the pot πŸ™‚.
