I thought making threads about forum members was against the rules

As the title implies, I’m writing to express my frustration regarding a thread on our spirituality board about one of our members—a topic that Brenda Cook hasn't seen fit to close or delete, even after several days have passed.
The individual being discussed in that thread is placebo, and the subject line itself is placebo as evidence.

I would kindly ask the administration to step in and rectify this oversight by my colleague as soon as possible.

Is this one of those threads where the moderators just team up to troll and mock someone because one of their own finally got flagged for breaking the same rules everyone else has to follow?

If there were any actual justice here, you’d be getting a warning yourself for abusing your position like this.

We’ve officially reached the stage where the "colleague" moderators are ditching the private mod channels to roast each other right here in the public lounge. It’s all very "collegial," obviously. And let’s be real—if any regular users actually had a complaint or a question during those "few days" of silence, they would have voiced it by now.

But nobody dares to say a word, because we all know William Gonzalez3 is just waiting for the chance to take a cheap shot at his favorite colleague in a place that is completely inappropriate for it. He’d absolutely lose his mind if he didn't seize the opportunity to tear her down. Purely "professionalism" at work.

So, to all you folks hanging out in the lounge: I guess your wish finally came true. You finally get to feel the vibe of this legendary moderator crew...

I honestly don't see why this would be considered an inappropriate place to discuss what are clearly intentional moderation failures. As you can see, the moderator saw this thread, and I assume she saw the other one too, but she hasn't done anything—which suggests, in my view, that she simply doesn't want to protect the very people she's supposed to look out for.
Why, exactly, should I feel obligated to be "collegial" toward someone who is intentionally ignoring the rules they are committed to enforcing?

I honestly don't see where this is heading. Those of us who appreciate the aesthetic are practically being discriminated against on the Philosophy subforum. If things don't change, I’m prepared to take this to the higher authorities because I won't let this slide. William Gonzalez3 keeps deleting posts about butts, even though the rules strictly state that male anatomy is fair game in the philosophy section and shouldn't be censored—all in the name of "preserving historical legacy," apparently...
