Orthokin injections: Anyone tried them?

I have a question for the group:

So, my surgeon is pushing this idea of me heading over to his private practice for some Orthokin injection therapy following my knee surgery. From what I’ve gathered, these things aren't exactly cheap—they're an absolute racket...

The thing is, I’ve spoken to several other doctors—people who don't have a single financial incentive to sell me on this nonsense—and they were blunt. They told me straight up that it’s a complete waste of money and doesn't actually do anything at all.
I’d really appreciate hearing from anyone here—doctors, patients, or just people who've dealt with this specific treatment—who can tell me if it's legit or just another way to drain a bank account...

Oh, absolutely... I was offered the exact same thing, and honestly, it might have even been the same physician. 🙄
I decided to do a little digging of my own—a bit of due diligence, if you will—and ended up hitting the same brick wall you did. It’s almost absurd. Even the doctor himself finally conceded, admitting there isn't a shred of guarantee that this procedure will actually yield any results.
