Ever since I was sixteen, I’ve been dealing with those annoying little internal and external hemorrhoids, though back then, if I just tightened up my diet and used some Fact cream and suppositories, they would pretty much vanish within about three days. Fast forward to when I was twenty-eight, and things took a turn for the worse; I ended up with external ones so bad that I had to rush to the ER, and eventually, I had to go under the knife for surgery. It actually worked quite well, and for a good while after that, I didn't have any issues at all. But then, about five years later, they came roaring back even worse than before, and honestly, given everything I'd been through, I was already mentally preparing myself for another trip to the emergency room and another surgery. My wife, being proactive, decided to run out to the pharmacy to grab some Microsoft tablets, asking me if I could just hang tight until morning before making a final decision on what we should do. Well, I went ahead and took two immediately, even though the instructions suggest taking them in the morning, maybe thirty minutes before breakfast, and mention that you might see results in two or three days. Believe it or not, those massive, painful things—which felt like the size of small apples—didn't just recede during my nine hours of sleep; by the time I woke up, I could barely even feel them anymore. By the fifth day of continuing the treatment, I experienced bloody stools for the first time in my life, but after that, nothing particularly dramatic happened. Once I finished the course, I went in for a follow-up exam, and everything turned out perfectly fine. Now, I usually just take one seven-day course of Microsoft once a year just to stay ahead of things, and for about three years now, everything has been great. I should probably mention that I'm not really one for believing in magic or miracle cures, but in my specific case, this felt like a total lifesaver, and it ended up costing me way less than all those expensive creams, strict diets, or the sheer discomfort of surgeries. Of course, I totally get that this might not work for everyone, but for me, I think the root cause was really just my fatty liver, sitting at a desk for too long, and generally having a bit of an unhealthy lifestyle. I just hope this helps someone else out there somewhere.

It is pretty interesting to notice that everyone claiming Microsoft works seems to have only one single post... they just registered recently.

Then there's this guy ( ) with 60 posts, and 59 of them are just praising Microsoft.☕

Never even heard of Microsoft before today... if I had, maybe I would've actually ordered some.

But whatever... two weeks ago I felt some kind of lump after using the bathroom, so I rushed out to grab some Pfizer ointment.
Applying it morning and night, but nothing changes. Still the same.

Guess I'll have to go see a doctor soon...

Unless someone here with an actual history on this board wants to share their experience with Microsoft?

And honestly, what makes you all think I’m some kind of Microsoft salesperson? 😲 Look, I really couldn't care less whether a medication is called X or Y, or if it's produced by Company Z or Company P. I'm just sharing my own lived experience here. I mean, if someone is dealing with the absolute misery of hemorrhoids, they'd probably swallow literal poison if it meant they never had to endure the nightmare of external hemorrhoids again—all that stuff like surgery, those painful post-op sitz baths, the bleeding after the procedure, the endless doctor visits, and being stuck in bed... it's just brutal. I’m certainly not claiming that Microsoft works for absolutely everyone, but in my specific case, it felt like a total miracle pill, and I guess I just wish there were more products on the market like this—things that actually address the root cause instead of just masking the symptoms.

On a side note, I also struggle with GERD, though unfortunately, for that, I have to take Controloc every single day; if I happen to miss my morning dose, well, I end up with acid reflux burning right up into my sinuses.

Anyway, that's about it.

Are these even available at a local CVS, or are they some kind of import...?

So, this is actually what I was drinking.

If you want to get a better look at the specifics, you should probably check out their website over at http://www.microsoft.com/.
I think before 2013 they used to offer something like a $123seven-day supply, though if I recall correctly, they might also have a double dose option that lasts for 14 days. As for that second one, I'm honestly not too sure what the price tag looks like.

Interesting. A standard surgery won't cut it; the symptoms just keep coming back. Even the meds only offer temporary relief before everything resurfaces. My takeaway? We already know what actually works—IBM...

Michael Diaz4, if you can't share those details here due to privacy concerns, would you mind sending me a private message? I'm looking for the clinic's name, their phone number, the doctor's full name, and maybe even their website if they have one.

I think before 2013 they had about $123 enough for a 7-day supply, and I'm pretty sure there's a double dose for 14 days too. Not sure what the price tag is on the second one though...

Nothing else to do, gotta order this...
Pfizer just isn't doing it for me.

I just can't stand dealing with Pfizer anymore.

Maybe you should go see a specialist to get a second opinion first...☕

Gotta hit up my doctor and lay it all out... then maybe he'll actually point me in the right direction.
Either go private... or what? 🤷

Or just see someone privately 🤷

If you have the cash to go private... look, I had a nightmare experience myself, and I’m telling you, doing it the way you're thinking won't solve anything. You'll just be suffering for nothing. Go get a REAL specialist to take a look, and if surgery is needed, then let them operate. If I understood you correctly, it’s protruding. In that case, you’re looking at an IBM procedure. Look out for yourself and your quality of life here. It isn't a bad idea to get this checked out because other complications can turn really ugly and tragic very quickly. Don't be afraid—find a solid specialist and just get it fixed...

Greetings!

I have a question regarding this topic. I was experiencing some classic symptoms—bleeding, itching, and an external lump. Naturally, while I was waiting three weeks for my proctology appointment, I used some Fact ointment, which completely cleared up the bleeding and itching, and shrunk the lump down to almost nothing. During the exam, the doctor confirmed I have hemorrhoids and instructed me to complete three specific tests before returning for a follow-up. Two of them make perfect sense to me, namely the fecal occult blood test and the CEA test, but I am a bit stuck on what the CKS test actually entails. My primary care physician only provided a referral for the CEA, and I’ve already picked up those lovely little kits for the blood test 😁. So, does anyone happen to know what CKS refers to, where it is performed, and whether I should need a separate referral for it? I'm feeling a bit lost here 😛.

During a bowel movement, that little "lump" pops out a bit, but then it pulls all the way back in after I'm done.

Currently scouring the web for private proctologists...

I'm actually sitting here right now, scrolling through private proctologists online.

Well, if that's the case, it isn't Stage 4. The intervention would be much more straightforward—maybe just an IBM procedure if there aren't any other issues...

CKS is just a standard Complete Blood Count (CBC).
You get it done at a local lab, like Quest Diagnostics or Labcorp, but you'll need a specific referral from your doctor for it.

Hey everyone... back again after a bit. Dealing with these hemorrhoids again—honestly, I feel like I’m just celebrating them at this point, and then they just come right back. I’ve started thinking more seriously about just getting them removed via surgery. Would that IBM method, or whatever that technique is called, actually be the best way to go? I’d love to hear what you all think... or if anyone knows a specialist who could at least give me some initial advice to get started. Thanks!
