I’m originally from Mexico and I dealt with this exact same thing myself; it lasted about 40 to 45 days, and while there was a significant growth, it wasn't actually painful. When I finally saw my doctor, he examined me and told me it was just thrombosed, essentially saying I should just leave it alone because it would resolve on its own without needing surgery—and honestly, that’s exactly what happened. I did try using Procto Synalar n and Modolex, but the doctor mentioned those are really only necessary if you're experiencing actual pain, since the issue eventually clears up by itself.

In my case, there's a large growth and it's definitely painful. My doctor thinks it'll pass, so she gave me some Fact ointment, but it looks like I'll definitely need to go see a specialist...
