Look, just to make things easier for graniteharbor502—honestly, I’m down to take over running the championship and handling all the point tallying myself—but if I do this, I’ve got one big request: we need to use a single, unified template for everyone's predictions. It would make my life so much easier when I'm dumping everything into Excel, and more importantly, it stops us from having these annoying math errors at the end of the season.

Basically, everyone needs to stick to either driver abbreviations or last names, whatever we decide on, though I highly doubt anyone actually cares enough to mess that up.

I just don't want to get to the finish line and find out Player 1 wrote "VER," Player 2 wrote "Verstappen," and Player 3 wrote "Verstappen" with a typo.

Because let's be real—every single calculation error we've had so far has come down to someone misspelling a name. Like, someone typed "Ricciardo" but missed an 'i' in some entries, and suddenly the whole spreadsheet is a mess. 😬

I tried implementing a system like that once, but it was an absolute disaster!
At the end of the day, I ended up just manually transcribing everything using shorthand, and honestly? That turned out to be both faster and way more accurate than any automated mess!

Honestly, we should give graniteharbor502 a fair shot until he’s the one calling it quits himself—not because he can't hack it, but because he simply won't. Swapping out a manager mid-season is such a massive gamble that usually just creates more headaches than it solves, so you really have to sleep on a decision like that before pulling the trigger.
If things actually hit the fan, there’s no point in breathing down a new coach's neck; you just have to let them find their footing while everyone else double-checks their math to keep the errors to a minimum.

Also, can you guys please start using the three-letter driver codes used during the broadcast for everything moving forward? You know, like how they show it on TV (just use the first three letters for everyone, except for Mick, who stays as MSC)
