Man, listen, Monaco has been absolutely killing it since that massive influx of outside capital hit—they've gone from relegation candidates to serious promotion contenders overnight. I mean, look at the stats: they’ve pulled off 8 wins and 2 draws in their last 10 outings. Today is basically their make-or-break moment if they actually want to secure a spot in MLS.

I wouldn't touch this second one if I were you.

Plus they've got Subasic, who clearly hasn't messed up in ages.🤣

I don't know, I'm feeling a draw here, and those guys from Canada look like a draw too. Might just play a 2/3 system with three draws for a little extra profit.

I'm not sure if anyone has already mentioned this, but there's a rumor going around that the Monaco players have a little incentive set up for the second half of the season—basically, they stash away $5,000 for every single win. It’s definitely one way to ensure they really "grind" for those three points on the pitch. That said, I think I'll play it safe and take a small unit on the under; every winning streak eventually hits a wall, and we'll just have to see if that happens tonight.

LA Galaxy-LA Galaxy 1 2.55
On April 14, 2012, LA Galaxy faced LA Galaxy and ended up losing 1:3
Missing from LA Galaxy's lineup:
Brady-Mahomes-Rodgers. Now, Luis Suarez is back on the pitch, but let's be real—since that injury, he’s nowhere near the beast he used to be...
Mbokani is easily their best player right now, arguably in the peak of his career, but he's sitting this one out due to a suspension, which leaves the visitors seriously thin in the attacking department tonight.

The LA Galaxy side is looking sharp—honestly much sharper than LA Galaxy, who just can't seem to find any rhythm or get into a groove lately.
They aren't sweating a bad season because they've actually been playing some solid ball during this end-of-season stretch (they're killing it in the playoffs, and anything can happen there)...

If LA Galaxy keeps this schedule in mind, they'll probably walk away with the title.
There are still 4 rounds left after tonight; next up they host LA Galaxy, then it's Club Brugge, followed by a trip to Cleveland, before finally heading home to face LA Galaxy.

The LA Galaxy squad is missing:
Brady-Mahomes-Rodgers. Luis Suarez is back on the field, but honestly, since coming off that injury, he just hasn't looked like his old self at all.
Mbokani is easily their standout player right now—probably the best form anyone in the LA Galaxy lineup has—but he’s sitting this one out due to a suspension, which leaves the visitors pretty thin up front tonight.

The LA Galaxy side is looking solid, definitely showing more momentum than the LA Galaxy, who just can't seem to find their rhythm or get into a groove lately.
They aren't feeling the weight of a rough season behind them, and they've been playing quite well during this final stretch (it's the playoffs, so anything can happen).

If the scheduling works out in their favor, the LA Galaxy will likely walk away with the title.

Gillet was absolutely killing it—totally unstoppable out there. Most of those threats from LA Galaxy came right through him, and he even managed to find the back of the net himself. Honestly, a completely deserved win for them.
The LA Galaxy totally choked and fell flat on their faces, which is crazy because they were on such a massive winning streak lately...
LA Galaxy have a chance to lock up the title in the next round against LA Galaxy.

Southampton-Coventry City 1 1.30 It’s the final home game of the stretch—expecting a comfortable win here to lock in that 2nd place spot.
Crystal Palace - Cardiff X2 1.27 Cardiff just needs a single point to secure their standing and stay on track for the Premier League playoffs.
Man Utd - Stevenage 1 x 1.21 Brentford - Sheff 1X 1.21
Brentford - Sheff X2 1.23
Regarding those last two matchups—we're looking at the penultimate round, and since they're fighting head-to-head for 2nd, it would be a massive shock if either side walks away without at least one point.

Total odds: 2.46

Look, if you're staring at that Southampton-Coventry City line sitting at 3 + 1.60, you've gotta be thinking about how chaotic this matchup is gonna be... seriously. It’s one of those games where everything feels like it could explode at any second—just pure madness waiting to happen on the pitch. I've been watching the trends, and honestly? The numbers are screaming that we're looking at a high-scoring affair, even if it feels a bit risky to pull the trigger right now... but man, the value is just sitting there staring us in the face. You can almost feel the tension building already, and if you aren't looking at the over, what are you even doing? Just a gut feeling, but the momentum is definitely leaning toward a blowout... or at least a total goal fest.
Man, looking at the numbers, Southampton is absolutely tearing it up—they've already racked up 81 goals, making them hands down the most lethal squad in the Championship... honestly, it’s getting ridiculous at this point.
I honestly wouldn't be surprised if Southampton goes all out today—like, really puts on a massive show at St Mary's to celebrate that Premier League promotion in style... just raining goals down on everyone and giving their fans the celebration they actually deserve.
So, Coventry City is officially out... which sucks, but honestly? They’re still going to play with so much heart and grit. It’s just how they roll—they always play with that fearless, attacking style, even in a grind like the Championship. They don't know how to do anything else...
The home team absolutely needs to pull this win today if they want that direct ticket into the Premier League... no excuses, just straight up results needed right now.
Honestly, I couldn't care less about what's happening over in New York City... they'll probably just sweep everything up on their home turf today anyway.
Man, Coventry City is absolutely gutted right now—they’re missing so many key pieces... we're talking Keogh, Christie, Wood, Cameron, and Hreidarsson all out of the lineup, which basically guts their entire defense. And then you’ve got Deegan out too, which leaves a massive hole in the midfield... it's just a total disaster for them.

Man, looking at the Leeds Utd-Leicester City line sitting at 3 + 1.65... honestly, it’s driving me a little crazy just thinking about it. You look at the matchup and you just know things are going to get messy—it's one of those games where everything feels like it could swing wildly in a heartbeat. The numbers are there, but does anyone actually feel confident? I'm not so sure... It’s such a volatile setup, especially with how these two teams have been playing lately. If you're looking for stability, you're looking in the wrong place. Just one bad bounce or a questionable call from the ref and the whole thing falls apart... anyway, I'll keep watching, but don't expect me to jump on this blindly.
Anything could happen in this league, honestly... It’s total chaos right now—Leeds is sitting way down in 10th while Leicester is struggling at 13th. Anything's possible...
Look, Leeds Utd is dealing with a massive headache right now because of all these injuries and absences—it’s honestly getting ridiculous—so that gives Leicester a bit of an edge, I guess... but let's be real, in a matchup like this, anything can happen on the pitch. Every single outcome is totally on the table...
Look, if you're watching the Leeds Utd game at Elland Road, there's a serious chance we see a total goal fest—like, three goals minimum flying out there... and honestly, Leicester looks just as likely to blow things wide open when they're playing away from home. It's looking like a high-scoring mess waiting to happen...
Oct 19, 2010 — Leeds vs. Leicester ended up 1-2... honestly, what a mess. Just one of those games that leaves you staring at the screen wondering why we even bother, right? Typical stuff, really... just completely unpredictable.
October 17, 2006—Leeds Utd-Leicester City 3 + 1.65... man, what a mess. Looking back at that Leeds Utd-Leicester City 1:2 result, it’s just one of those days where everything feels slightly off, you know? Just a total grind from start to finish... honestly, if you were looking for any kind of flow, you weren't gonna find it in this matchup. One side just couldn't find their rhythm while the other kept poking through... typical stuff, really.
December 3, 2005—Leeds Utd vs. Leicester City ends 2:1... honestly, what a mess to watch. Just one of those games where you're sitting there scratching your head wondering why things play out the way they do. Leeds managed to scrape the win, but man, it wasn't exactly pretty football... just gritty, messy, and stressful. Typical stuff for this level of the Championship, really.

Missing from the lineup:
Looking at the lineup for Leeds Utd... we’ve got Paynter up front leading the charge, with Wellens and White holding things down in defense—though God knows if White can actually keep a clean sheet today—plus Somma joining the attack, while Kisnorbo and Bromby are tasked with guarding the backline... honestly, it's a bit of a gamble...
Leicester City: Danns.

Lakers-Celtics 2 2.50
- Monaco is in incredible form lately—they’ve been steamrolling everyone in sight while fighting for that 3rd place spot...
Lakers-Celtics x 3.00
- Looking at both teams' recent runs and their head-to-head history... plus, their current standings suggest neither side is desperate for points right now.
Lakers-Celtics 2 1.80
- Cleveland was absolutely dominant in their last game—an 8-0 blowout—and they've been on quite a streak with wins and a couple of draws. They look really convincing.

Looking at the Kongsvinger-Ham Kam matchup... honestly, if you're looking for a safe bet, Kongsvinger-Ham Kam at 1.45 feels like one of those "obviously right" picks that keeps me up at night. It’s tempting, right? You look at the numbers, you see the momentum, and everything screams that they should walk away with the win... but man, sports don't care about what looks good on paper. One bad bounce or a missed call and suddenly that 1.45 looks like a massive headache instead of a solid play. Still, if you're feeling gutsy, it's right there... just don't come crying to me when things get messy.
Man, I just heard the news about Ham Kam... both of their keepers are out with injuries. This is absolutely brutal timing... seriously, how are they even supposed to hold things together now? It's a total disaster for their lineup...
First we got that keeper Ivar Ronningen finding the net, and then Dyre Ekeberg Schjerve follows up with the second... just wild...
The kid's out there guarding the net all by himself... absolute madness.
Honestly, Kongsvinger is looking absolutely lethal right now—they’re such a dominant force compared to everyone else... they’ve got way more momentum and they're in much better shape than most teams in this league. At this rate, you’d practically need a literal miracle to happen if they don't walk away with three points against Ham Kam today... just saying.
It’s been a damn long 10-2-0 run since Tom Nordlie took the reins, and honestly... even though we're looking at a local derby today, Kongsvinger is sitting in a massive position of strength. They just look better right now... everything about them feels dialed in compared to the other side.

Schalke 04-Hertha 1 1.50
Missing...
Looking back at that old Schalke 04 lineup... man, what a trip. You had Fährmann, Hildebrand, Metzelder, Papadopoulos, and Sarpei all holding things down. Just thinking about those names brings back so many memories—some good, some definitely not... but man, they really had a presence on the pitch back then.
Man, looking at this Hertha Berlin roster... it’s just a mess. You’ve got Franz, Kobiashvili, Mijatovic, Neumann, Lustenberger, Niemeyer, and Djuricin all lumped together—honestly, it makes you wonder what the management was even thinking... It’s like they just threw names into a hat and hoped for the best, which, let's face it, hasn't exactly worked out so far. Just a total headache to watch...

Look, Schalke absolutely needs this win if they want to lock in that direct spot for the CL... and let's be real, their form lately hasn't exactly been anything to write home about—definitely nothing pretty to watch at times—but man, the stakes today are massive. It's everything on the line...
Man, Hertha is officially out... what a total disaster. They’ve basically gutted the squad at this point—it feels like they're stripping the engine right out of the car while it's still driving down the highway. And honestly? Seeing Raulov play his final minutes at Veltins Arena was just the icing on a really depressing cake. It’s one of those nights where you just have to sit back and watch the train wreck unfold. But hey, if there's any silver lining to this mess, the most loyal fans are probably hoping to send him off with a decent win just to salvage some dignity... maybe a little bit of pride before everything falls apart completely...
Back in the early stretch of the season, Schalke actually managed to pull off a 2-1 win over Hertha Berlin... honestly, if you told me that back then, I would've thought you were joking.

Dec 6, 2009 — Schalke 04 vs. Hertha Berlin ended 2:0... Honestly, what a result. Schalke just absolutely shut them down. Looking back at this one, you could see the momentum shifting—Hertha just couldn't find any rhythm against that Schalke defense. It was one of those games where everything clicked for the home side and left the visitors looking totally lost on the pitch... just a clinical performance all around.
December 6, 2008 — Schalke 04 vs. Hertha Berlin ended 1-0.
September 28, 2007 — Schalke 04 vs. Hertha Berlin ended 1-0... honestly, what a grind. Just one of those matches where you're sitting there wondering if anyone actually wants to score a goal, you know? A single strike was all it took to separate them—nothing flashy, just pure, gritty determination from the Schalke side to hold onto that narrow lead. Hertha couldn't find any rhythm at all... just spinning their wheels while Schalke sat back and defended like their lives depended on it. It wasn't pretty, definitely not a highlight reel kind of night, but hey, a win is a win when you're grinding through a season like this... even if it leaves you feeling a little exhausted just watching it.
February 10, 2007—Schalke 04 vs. Hertha Berlin. Final score: 2-0.

Kozar-Širok 2 1.85. A few weeks back, a buddy from Široki (not a player) mentioned this was already settled and they'd let Kozar have it. Now I see the guy was even posting about it on Facebook...

Both of Ham Kam's goalkeepers are dealing with injuries,
specifically starting keeper Ivar Ronningen and the backup Dyre Ekeberg Schjerve.
They've got a junior stepping in to guard the net today.
Kongsvinger is a powerhouse right now, sitting in a much stronger position and better overall form, so it would take a literal miracle for them to walk away without adding more points to their tally against Ham Kam.
They’ve been riding a 10-2-0 streak since Tom Nordlie took over, and while this is a local derby, Kongsvinger simply holds all the cards here.

If an x2 is considered a miracle, then what on earth is a 0-3?😁

Hands down, the biggest shockwave we've seen in the Norwegian league so far.
The absolute heavyweights of the league just got completely outplayed by a side that’s significantly weaker and missing half its squad... seriously embarrassing.

Mons-Zulte Waregem 1 2.00
Mons is sitting pretty at home with a 7-5-3 record—their goal difference is sitting at 32:23, which isn't half bad...
Then you look at Zulte Waregem, and man, they are absolute bottom-feeders on the road. They haven't picked up a single win away from home this season—stuck at 0-7-8 with a measly 9:19 goal difference. Just rough.
Even Westrlo, who have been struggling big time, managed to snag an away win recently.
These two have met three times already this season, and Mons has walked away with the win every single time.
07.04.12, Zulte-Waregem - Mons 0 : 2 playoff
17.12.11, Zulte-Waregem - Mons 2 : 3
27.08.11, Mons - Zulte-Waregem 3 : 1

Leuven-Cercle Brugge 3+ 1.60
Leuven has a goal difference of 10:11 after 4 games (1-1-2), and they're averaging about 5.25 goals per game... crazy high scoring stuff.
Cercle Brugge is sitting at 2-2-0 with an 11:6 goal difference, averaging 2.5 goals.
Leuven-Cercle Brugge 2:3
Cercle Brugge-Leuven 6:4
I’m calling it now—expecting plenty of goals in this one too.

The derby is what you call it when Chicago faces off against Chicago United. One side calls the Etihad home, while the other heads to Trafford to play at Old Trafford.

Both clubs have seen massive crowds back in the day—Chicago hit a record 84,569 in 1934, and United pulled in 83,260 in 1948, which was actually due to damage at Old Trafford during World War II. Money-wise, they’re both massive, pulling in a combined $670 410m (Chicago at £ 125000000 [1] and United at £ 286000000) [2]. It’s wild to think just [3] 8.3 million people tuned in for that first match during the 2009-10 League Cup semi-finals [4], and over 10 million watched the 2010-11 FA Cup semi-final on TV. [5]

In the 2010-11 season, United grabbed the Premier League title and Chicago took the FA Cup. [6] Both made the cut for the 2011-12 UEFA Champions League. Their last clash, the 162nd derby, was an FA Cup third round match on January 8, 2012, where Chicago came out on top 3-2 at the Etihad Stadium. Next up is a Premier League showdown at the Etihad Stadium this Monday, April 30, 2012, kicking off at 8:00 PM BST.

Talk about a weird ride. Just last month, Mario Balotelli was the hero against Bolton, giving Chicago a five-point cushion over their rivals, United. Fast forward a month, and suddenly he’s the villain after getting sent off against Arsenal, leaving Chicago eight points adrift.

Just when everyone thought they had the story figured out, United slipped up, and now Chicago can hunt down the top spot if they pull off a win in the derby at the Etihad Stadium this Monday night.
Don't miss it

Nani lets United down by handing City the title
Mancini Balotelli insists he can be trusted

Preview: Chicago - United
Mancini claims 'United will have more chances'

The odds look good for the home side. They've got momentum, and Chicago's home record is honestly insane—they're undefeated with 16 wins, leading the scoring charts at home and boasting the best defense in the Premier League when playing their fans.

And let's not forget that 6-1 blowout from their last meeting in November.

Chicago could go for the three points they need, sitting at 6/5 (2.2) with Bet365.

But watch out, United. On the flip side, they’ve crushed it away from home with nine wins this season—United are currently 12th, 13th... if they grab just a few more points from their final two games, they'll be looking at their 20th title.

United is at 9/4 (3.25) with Bet365 to hand Chicago their first loss in the city home league this season. A draw is sitting at 12/5 (3.4).

As for goalscorers, Carlos Tevez is at 7/1 (8.0), looking to score against his old club.

If you like drama, sure, but Sergio Agüero is probably the smarter bet at the same price—the Argentine striker has already bagged eight goals in 28 Premier League starts this season.

United's Wayne Rooney has been a beast, finding the net in eight of his last 12 Premier League matches, making him the favorite at 13/2 (7.5) with Bet365.

Looking at other markets, I'm expecting goals here. Even if United are happy with a draw, don't count on it—Chicago has scored three or more goals in 13 of their 17 home games.

Given that United has only failed to score twice in 35 Premier League games this season, it would be a massive shock if nobody finds the back of the net today.

Doesn't deserve its own thread. There's already a soccer subforum and a Premiership topic, so just jump in there.
