I honestly don't see the point in picking sides between AC Milan or Barcelona—both clubs are massive giants with world-class talent, so this could easily go 1, X, or 2, any which way you slice it.
Sure, maybe Barcelona is slightly stronger right now and they’ve got a full squad available, but of course, Barca fans act like they're this unstoppable superpower that's just going to steamroll Milan for fun—which they aren't, not even close. Barcelona is a completely different beast when they're playing at home with 100,000 screaming fans behind them and that massive pitch; away from home, they're constantly leaking goals. It's not even a question for me whether they'll concede today—it's a lock. Milan is a 100% guarantee to find the net, even without Ibrahimovic. Personally, I see huge value in "Both Teams to Score & Over 2.5 goals" at 2.05, especially since Allegri and Ibra have already promised an offensive masterclass instead of sitting back and playing boring, defensive football like Mourinho's Inter did a few seasons ago.
There's also another massive value play over at DraftKings—Boateng to score a goal plus an assist at 50.0 odds. If Boateng really gets going, he could honestly pull off a hat trick, so why wouldn't he grab a goal and an assist?
I don't know if anyone even realized that in their last group stage match at the San Siro, Milan played with ten men from the 30th minute onwards and still managed to score.
My take? Milan is a dead cert to score at least once, and so is Barcelona—especially if Milan strikes first. An "Over 2.5" goal count shouldn't even be a debate.
