I'm curious about the best way to grab movies from http://www.topfilmovi.com. They have a solid selection of both American and international films for streaming, but I’ve always preferred having my own copies saved on a hard drive 🙂

That’s a good question. Right-click on what, specifically? And are you looking for "save target as"?

Simply install Internet Download Manager, enable the advanced browser integration setting, and you can download as much as you want. 😁
Or, as it clearly states on their website:
Downloading movies is possible using a Chrome extension called Download Manager. This extension allows for a free movie download.
