Things are getting a little chaotic here at the Indian Grand Prix, at least inside the press center. First, a bat actually flew right into the media room, and then we had a power outage that lasted about twenty minutes 🤣🤣🤣

The track is still incredibly dusty, and out in the paddock, the rumor mill is working overtime. Everyone is whispering that Kimi has already signed his deal and we're just waiting on the official announcement 🙏

A shot from this morning. He knows exactly what's coming his way 😬

Poor Rubens 😢 🙂
Looks like his only shot left is snagging a seat with Virgin or HRT.

Besides, I usually go out and grab drinks on Saturday night so sleeping in on Sunday at this hour is perfectly logical. And since Mirkec is going to be fighting it out this Saturday night—or rather, early Sunday morning—I am definitely going to be hitting the sack late. 🤷

Are you broke too, you stingy STindžo? 😢

I really hope this is his last season in Formula 1...

though I honestly doubt it—I can already see him digging his heels in at some backmarker outfit like HRT or Virgin...

So, is everything officially settled then?

It’s honestly going to be a little depressing watching someone with that much raw talent constantly hovering around 10th place, but hey, who knows—maybe the folks over at Williams will come up with something special.

It’s pretty wild how Rubens ended up in teams that were winning championships either while he was behind the wheel or right after he left. Even his old stomping grounds at Stewart eventually turned into Jaguar, which paved the way for the current Red Bull dominance in Formula 1.😁

Basically, from the moment he moved on from Stewart to that Ferrari 2000 era all the way to today, the teams—or whoever took over their reins—that Rubinho drove for have racked up 9 world titles.😲

Then you look at his time with Honda (counting Brawn), where he spent four seasons. First year was meh, second was a disaster, third was okay, and then they grabbed a title—just not for him.
Same deal at Williams: first year was alright, second was a total wreck, third was probably just okay again, and then they snagged the 2013 championship, but once again, not for him.😬

Kimi in a Williams... honestly, that sounds like a blast to watch.🙂

It'll be way more interesting seeing him scrap it out with Kobayashi, Kubica, Senna, Perez, Di Rest, Sutil, and the rest of that mid-field pack, or maybe even catching a glimpse of him battling Rosberg and Schumacher.
Much better than watching him just cruise around solo in a Mercedes where he isn't passing anyone and nobody behind him can even touch him.

So yeah, I'm actually looking forward to those duels and battles. I think there could be some serious fun to be had there.🙂
I just hope the TV directors actually catch the action.

In case anyone was actually keeping track, Hamilton has "officially" announced that he and Nicole are over 🤣🤣🤣

The moderator is just spamming now.

Now he'll probably claim it was Nicole's fault he couldn't get any decent results.

So, HRT is actually going to be running some updated liveries as a tribute to those poor guys who we lost—Dan Wheldon and Marc Simoncelli.

Exactly.

Besides, Ferrari didn't need self-promotion back then.

And that specific Ferrari is iconic. Any decent Formula 1 fan would recognize it instantly—it’s the car everyone associates with the race held right after the tragedy on September 11th.

And who actually gives a damn about HRT? Honestly, nobody. 🙂

What kind of pole position times are we actually looking at? Personally, I’m calling it right now—I think we’ll see something hovering right around the 1:20.000 mark.

Keith Rodriguez27 said:Go ahead, keep making jokes if it makes you feel better. Imagine this: Rubens returns to Formula 1 in 2016, swearing at everyone who kicked him out on his way back, and then somehow clinches the championship with Force India. ☕ And he does it with a record-breaking haul of medals (yes, actual medals ☕). ☕ His teammate, Massa, finishes as the runner-up. ☕

Does this mean Keith Rodriguez27 is essentially just a TBF-style clone? 🤣

Damn, you caught me. 😳 😬

Wait, does that mean I actually root for Sebastian Vettel? 😲 Hell no, not even back then. 🙂 ☕ 😁

Well, turns out Adrian Sutil was the one who hit the asphalt first.👋

And Chandok ended up pulling the first flyer for the measurement lap.👋

Then Džukel went and triggered a red flag.🤣
