Not sure if I'm actually down to watch this one. When I first saw the trailer about six months ago, it definitely caught my eye...😕

While there are definitely some weak spots, this really reminded me of that equally lackluster and honestly pretty dull Cthulhu (2007)... with the big difference being that this one is actually a bit more engaging and—as weird as it sounds—way more fun! I’m honestly not quite sure what people were expecting from this flick, because let's be real, it needs a little more room to breathe. It doesn't exactly reinvent the wheel or anything, but personally? I actually enjoyed it. While I was watching, it just hit that perfect sweet spot for my mood and my focus for this specific genre. In my book, it’s definitely underrated.

I've seen plenty of much worse movies sitting there with high ratings on IMDb, or even getting their own dedicated threads here on the forum.☕

I'm not entirely sure what people were even looking for from this movie, truthfully; they really need to loosen up. It doesn't exactly reinvent the wheel, after all. But personally, I liked it. While I was watching, it just seemed to hit the right mood and kept my attention for that specific genre. In my opinion, it's probably being underrated.

I'm inclined to agree that the movie isn't bad.
I have no idea what on earth was going on in those pictures!?
