It feels like almost every single day, maybe once or even twice a day, I get this intense, burning sensation shooting through my right thigh that lasts for about a minute before just fading away. On top of that, if I touch my right thigh, it’s noticeably more tender than the left one. Does anyone have any idea what might be going on? Thanks!

I'm dealing with something similar, but in my back. Still haven't figured out the cause or what's actually going on...

Could be your spine where those nerve endings are coming through, maybe some kind of compression on the roots or something. You should probably go see a neurologist or a physiatrist. Honestly, a physiatrist might be your best bet.
