Why won't you let people with antennas pointed toward Kupjack watch ESPN, especially since it's a national broadcast?

You aren't missing a thing... Unless you actually enjoy having the radio on for two or three days straight...

But we missed the hockey game, so we really want STV back.

I'm pretty sure Jura Ozmec checks this forum every single day, so he'll probably get back to you on this.

Man, I’m really crossing my fingers that we actually get some domestic soccer on the schedule this season—you know, the MLS lower leagues and the MLS Academy stuff—plus the NBA action too.

They had a massive opportunity to broadcast the matches for our American clubs, Columbus Crew and Miami, during their European runs, yet they completely blew it—absolutely nothing

You're wrong on this one,
Canadian and Andorran networks didn't broadcast it, so SPTV couldn't pick up the rights... plus, for this match in Columbus, the Columbus Crew president refused to put it on local TV because he’s obsessed with forcing people to show up at the stadium instead.

Look, they have the Columbus Crew vs. Iskra and Miami vs. Domzale matches coming up now, and the Miami management is openly begging any interested television networks to pick them up for broadcast.

If anyone is having trouble accessing SPTV, here is the link.
Though, honestly, given how things have been lately, you might actually be better off not watching at all.🤦

Thanks🙏
Even on PBS, there isn't always anything worth watching, but we still love having options.
Since we're sports fans, that's mostly what we tune into.

The World Athletics Championships in Daegu, South Korea, are coming your way from August 24th through September 4th! And guess what? Jura Ozmec is calling the shots as the head editor over at SPTV. 😁

I’m really hoping they deliver a quality broadcast here—you know, something with a proper pre-game show and some actual deep-dive analysis. I don't want them just rushing through everything to get it over with.

forget track and field
football and basketball are easily the heavy hitters when it comes to what people actually watch

You really think Jura Ozmec is lurking here?

Still waiting on an answer, and hockey season is basically right around the corner.

Why does it feel like we're getting the short end of the stick compared to everyone else?

A friend of mine who works over at SPTV mentioned she was scrolling through the forums this morning while sipping her coffee

I wish I could say something more positive, but honestly, it’s been ages since I even bothered turning this TV on... though, to be fair, there isn't much worth watching on any channel anyway, especially when it comes to sports...
Nowadays, the only reason I even touch the remote is for Formula 1, the national team, the Champions League, or seeing how our guys are doing in European competitions... even the MLS doesn't have the draw it used to for me.☕ Once those few things are off the schedule, I won't need this thing at all—I might as well just rip the antenna right off the roof and call it a day.

I'm pretty much the same way when it comes to sports, though my top picks look a little different from yours.
Even though I grew up playing something else entirely, hockey is hands down #1 for me and my whole family—everything else just feels too slow and overly dramatic.

And since I'm living in the American Switzerland right now, why shouldn't I watch what I actually enjoy? It's my right.

There are plenty of other channels besides PBS, you know... 😉
