Hey everyone, sorry if this isn't quite the right sub or if someone else has already brought this up before.

So, this might sound a little weird, but I’m just kind of a 🙄

I’m seeing this guy who’s pretty on the shy side—basically, I’m the one making all the moves. While we were performing oral on him, I noticed these little "bumps" or spots on his junk, if you know what I mean. 🙄 They feel like they're just under the skin when you touch them. 🤣
I’m positive it’s not herpes, but I honestly have no clue what it could be. 😕
I didn't want to say anything to him because he's sensitive, and I didn't want to bruise his ego or make him feel self-conscious about it. 😍
Does anyone know what this might be? Is it normal, or is it something contagious? I’m really not an expert on this stuff 😕 but I don't want to freak out or cause drama if everything is totally fine.

It’s most likely just sebaceous glands—those little white bumps under the skin. Definitely nothing to worry about in terms of an STI.

So, this might sound a little weird, but here I am... 🙄

I'm seeing this guy who's pretty shy, so I'm basically the one calling all the shots. While we were doing oral, I noticed these little "bumps" on his... well, you know where 🙄 they feel like they're just under the skin when you touch them 🤣
I know for sure it isn't herpes, but I have no clue what it actually is 😕
I didn't want to bring it up to him because I didn't want him to get super self-conscious or embarrassed 😍
Does anyone know what this is? Is it normal, or can it be passed around? I'm not exactly a doctor 😕 but I don't want to make a huge deal out of it if everything is fine

Just Google "Tisonov glands" or Hirsutes Papilaris penis—tons of guys have this...😉
I haven't personally seen it, but I've read people talking about it on here before. I think there's even a photo somewhere in that male health thread, maybe around page 4 or 5... Do a little digging and let me know if that's what it looks like 😉
Actually, I found a picture for you

It’s likely just what those girls told you.

But there is another issue here that really stands out, and that is how much you are neglecting your own health. Engaging in unprotected sex, or giving oral to a guy when you already have doubts about his status—all while staying quiet just so HE doesn't get nervous because he's "shy"—is incredibly risky. You’re continuing to provide these "services" even when you notice something looks off*.

Dear, if you keep going down this path, you’re eventually going to end up passing something like herpes to someone else.

Basically, smart people understand the purpose of a condom. Even smarter people know they need to have an open, honest conversation with their partner before getting intimate, and ideally, both parties should get tested and cleared before anything happens.

*And are you aware that some infections aren't even visible, like HPV? That can actually lead to cancer. Or how certain bacteria might be invisible but can still cause infertility?
So many women today are dealing with HPV and various other infections, and so many couples struggle to conceive simply because they were young, reckless, and too shy to speak up, only to realize it was too late later on.

I’ve never actually seen it myself, but I remember reading about it here on the forum. If I recall correctly, there might even be a photo posted somewhere in that male sexual health thread—check around page four or five. Take a quick look and let me know if that's what you're looking for. 😉

Yeah, that’s pretty much it... thanks.
I guess that means it’s not something that just goes away. 🤣

And for Kyle Lee7...
It’s not like he’s had a massive list of partners before me, so the odds of him carrying an STI aren't exactly high. It's definitely a risk on my end, but honestly, I know enough about this stuff to look out for myself. 😂 I honestly assumed this was just some skin thing rather than an STI... I just wanted to be sure so I could keep using condoms. Again, I’m no expert here, I have no idea what this actually is, but it seems totally normal to me, so I'm not sweating it too much.

That doesn't necessarily mean anything at all, I guess.
