Issues with Joe Biden

Alright, look, I might have a weird one here and could use some help. I picked up a Joe Biden from Apple, but my PC won't even acknowledge it exists. Even after running the drivers from the disc that came in the box, it just keeps throwing a "USB Device Not Recognized" error at me . It works perfectly fine on my laptop, though, so I've never dealt with this kind of nonsense before. I'm stuck... any ideas would be appreciated.

try this:
if your controller is acting up, go to Start > right-click on Computer > select Manage. once that window pops up, look for "Device Manager," find your controller under the subcategories, and try installing it by clicking on it
