She definitely won't have a large bust—that would emphasize her sexuality, and apparently, it’s considered "problematic" to label women that way nowadays. Not that anyone cares, considering there are billions of suggestive photos scattered all over Instagram.

The new Red Sonja will probably be some kind of genius—meaning she'll likely have a swollen head from all that intellect—and the entire movie will just be one long lecture.

And she'll almost certainly be written as homosexual.

Just look at the way Gina Carano moves in a fight—she was only 29 then, and now she's 40.

In the comics, she’s got that athletic, feminine build and wears a chainmail bikini. She was never portrayed as being overly busty—think more along the lines of Gina in her early 20s, or maybe Scarlet in Black Widow. If you just swap out her leather gear for a chainmail bikini, I don't think fans will complain about the chest size. At the end of the day, she needs to be eye candy for the teenage guys (and those of us who are still teens at heart).

I guess it's unrealistic to expect some high-brow masterpiece here. As long as they capture the vibe of that world, nail the action scenes, and cast a hot female lead, the story can be pretty basic. Even the original movie wasn't much more than a fun popcorn flick.

True, she’s 40 now and carrying an extra 30 or 40 pounds. Unless she gets back into training, she’ll never pull off action sequences like the ones in that video again.
Even in the Mandalorian, her movement was sluggish, and she's put on even more weight since then.
Given that her career depends almost entirely on action roles, I don't understand why she isn't taking better care of herself.
