I'm looking for some advice on creams, ointments, pills—anything really—to try and handle this myself without heading straight to the doctor. There’s no shame in it; I've had the checkups before, but I'd really prefer to resolve this without being sent off to a specialist if it isn't actually anything serious. I promise, if things haven't improved in a month, I'll go see a physician. 🙂

It's a bit of a long post, but I tried to paint a clear picture of what my chemistry-buff friends told me. 😁
Thanks in advance.

A buddy of mine ordered that silver Banana ointment and he is incredibly happy with it; feels so much better. It's completely natural, which is probably why it worked so well. Here is the link:

Look, I spent the first month thinking exactly like that. Once I realized nothing was changing, I finally went in for an exam, and then I wasted another whole week just waiting for the procedure. After the actual surgery, it takes another 4 to 8 weeks for everything to fully heal. Sure, the symptoms might ease up sooner, but theoretically, you could be stuck dealing with this mess for two and a half months...

You don't have to jump straight into surgery, and you don't have to go at all if that's how you want to play it, but at least go see a specialist so they can tell you exactly what you're dealing with...

If I could have seen this coming at the start, I would've gone to the specialist immediately. Now? Even though things are technically better, I am losing my mind over this. Every single day feels like a lifetime...

Heh, if I’d known how easy this could have been handled back when I was actually sweating through my clothes, I would’ve jumped on it sooner. But I didn't... And now? Now I tell everyone I know to just grab some General Hal... You really need to tackle those first signs immediately, otherwise you're just making things harder than they need to be. It's a total game-changer—no pain, no suffering, and no letting it ruin your life...

Hey everyone! So, since yesterday, I've been dealing with this constant itching down there—super annoying! And then when I went to the bathroom today, I felt a sharp little sting... nothing lasting, just a few seconds of pain, but still! No blood though, thank goodness. Now I'm sitting here wondering what's actually going on? Could it really be hemorrhoids, or am I just dealing with some constipation that made things uncomfortable? Is it just something I need to push through? :/ (I'm a little worried!) Please help!

It wasn't long-lasting—just a sharp sting for a few seconds—but there wasn't any blood. Now I'm just sitting here wondering what's going on. Could this actually be hemorrhoids, or is it just constipation causing discomfort that will pass? :( I'm honestly a little worried. Please help!

Let me consult my crystal ball... Honestly, I can't tell. There's a connection issue here, and frankly, there isn't enough data to go on...

To be totally honest, I'm not sure if there was actually no blood at all, or if it was just hard to tell because I'm on my period... 😕 ...hmm...

I had that exact same pain yesterday too—just a quick flash of it for a second—though it wasn't nearly as intense as today...

Is it possible I just had some minor irritation or maybe an injury from a hard stool, causing a little sting while I'm trying to go? And could it just pass quickly after a few tries? Sorry for being such a bother, I'm feeling pretty desperate! :/

Honestly, nothing is itching today--so good!😁 Now I just have to wait and see how my next trip to the bathroom goes... fingers crossed? 🙂

I’m dealing with a massive issue right now and desperately need some advice. I had a C-section three months ago, and ever since then, my bowel movements have been super irregular and hard. My gut has just been totally sluggish—which I get, but still—and I’ve tried everything to fix it without relying on laxatives. I even fought through hemorrhoids, but the hard stools and the pain just won't quit. So, I finally went to the doctor, and after an exam, they diagnosed me with an anal fissure and a super tight anal muscle. I’ve been following the treatment plan and doing everything told to relax that muscle, and while I’ve made some progress there, the fissure is still hanging around and hurting from time to time. And honestly, how is it even supposed to heal if my stools stay this hard? Even though I go every morning and evening, it’s always tough, and if I miss one, the struggle is real with constant pain all day long. Just to be clear, I’m strictly dieting—plenty of water, high fiber, tons of veggies, and fruit with the skin on. For some reason, the doctors don't think it's connected to the C-section, which is weird because I never had digestion issues before that. Also, I don't really have stomach pains, just a ridiculous amount of gas. That's basically it. Has anyone else gone through this or does anyone have any tips? This is driving me crazy and I can barely even enjoy time with my baby... cheers.

Honestly, I have no clue what the absolute worst part would be—like, I can't even wrap my head around it! :/ Since, you know, things down there are already a bit... messy? So, hmmm... how does one even feel if they're checking for something? Also, quick question—if I went to see my primary care doctor, would she actually perform the exam herself, or would she just write me a referral and let someone else handle it? I'm really hoping a finger in the butt is the most intense thing I'll have to deal with :S

Oh man, I’m actually kind of freaking out here... I really don't know what to do! :/

All I've eaten today is soup and a few apples—just little bites, you know? I've been sipping on tea too, but I'm terrified that if I sit still for too long, things will just get worse... so I'm basically pacing around constantly! And the absolute worst part? I can't even tell if I'm actually dealing with those hemorrhoids or not :S

Just go see a doctor and get it sorted out. It’s way easier to just sit around complaining. Take some actual action regarding this issue.

But I honestly don't know if I should go or not... I just went to the bathroom again and didn't really feel any pain, though nothing much came out either :/ plus, I'm still on my period, so it's super hard to tell if the blood is from my stool or just my cycle... and I can't really feel any lumps or bumps down there either :/🤷

Sometimes I get a little itchiness down there—nothing major, just a nuisance—but man, two days ago was something else! It was itching like crazy for two whole days straight... and then, just like that, it stopped all by itself. Who knows why?

Wait until your period is over so you can get a clearer picture of what's actually going on. If you’re still dealing with itching after that, there’s really no other option but to go see a doctor. There is absolutely no reason to feel scared or embarrassed about it. 🙂

It feels like I’ve stumbled upon something... kind of like a little bump or a small sac? I don't quite know how to describe it—it doesn't really hurt when I touch it, though! But I am genuinely wondering—could pain during a bowel movement actually be linked to external hemorrhoids? :/

It sounds like you might be dealing with hemorrhoids. That’s usually how it starts. You really ought to go see a doctor and have them take a look...

So, does pain during a bowel movement also link back to hemorrhoids? Because everywhere I search, it doesn't mention them—it only ever talks about pain being tied to an anal fissure? 😕

You won't really know for sure until you get a professional exam. But, if you're dealing with a lump and some itching beforehand, followed by that sharp pain when you go, it could definitely be hemorrhoids...
