Best software for batch resizing images?

Could anyone recommend a simple, free program for batch resizing photos? I'm running Windows 10.

You asked for a "batch image resizer" and I literally gave you the link to a program that does exactly that. Wouldn't it have been faster and much easier to just glance at the description instead of reposting the same question here and waiting around for an answer?
I can only assume the next question on the horizon is how to actually operate the software. 🙄
